ColorsForFun Posted September 28, 2017 Report Posted September 28, 2017 There are two different Riing softwares from Thermaltake. Did you try both, just to be sure? I had the same error message when I tried the Riing RGB instead of the Riing Plus software. E.g.: Riing RGB Software: Download from TT Riing Plus Software: Download from TT Quote
Aidan Y. Posted October 10, 2017 Author Report Posted October 10, 2017 Finally solved ...micro USB connection seemed to be it. tried pulling out and connecting back while powered on. Quote
LuisCastroCR Posted October 17, 2018 Report Posted October 17, 2018 I guys, I always get the same issue when I boot on my computer, seems like the controller can be recognized by the software at first, but then I unplug and plug back in and it works, so it appears it is only when the windows starts any tips? Shane Donald Zamlich Posted December 14, 2020 Report Posted December 14, 2020 I too got the same messages and went and exchanged the fans and got new ones, then installed them and found that i got the same code. Well i knew then it had to be something i did or didnt do. The usb connector comes with 2 micro usb power cords that plug into the connector and I then changhe to the other micro usb and it worked. Also did this wiuth the power on and didnt hurt anything and made sure it worked. so try both power connectors and the message will go away. Hope this helps Quote
