Hello,

I sent an email with my experience regarding the power supply I just bought.

But I haven't made a comeback in three days, and I've sent the evidence and the product bill on the ticket. I demand to be resolved as soon as I have the problem. Otherwise I'll take it to the legal dimension and I'll be the plaintiff. I don't see the two tickets I created in my account anymore. I think this must be a joke!

Ticket ID :  (49672) and (49737)

I've added a lot of photos, a product bill, a ticket to the required information. I tried to reach Thermaltake from a lot of social media accounts. All said to be transferred to the required department, but there hasn't been a return in three days.
