Multiple riing pro controllers causing error in software

Hello,

I currently have a mix of a few Riing fans within a new rig I have built.

Previously I had the following with no issues:

x1 - Flow dual ring rgb 240mm liquid cpu cooler
x1 - Riing 12 RGB Premium 120mm x3 fans

I used the cpu coolers controller to plug the 3 pack of additional fans in and everything worked great in the software.  I maxed out the capacity of that controller with the 4 fans and had one extra that wasn't used.

Fast forward a month and I transferred my components into a larger case.  I transferred the above and then added the following:
x1 - Riing 12 RGB Premium 120mm x3 fans

The pack came with another controller which I wired the same way as the existing one and upon powerup all seems to be powered. When I attempt to enter the software to control the fans however I am seeing the following:

"Fan control number is repeated, please reset the fan controller number - h_0x00003"

What does this mean?  I assumed it was the dip switch index value assignment on the controllers. So I set one to "1" and the other to "2" with no joy.  What can I do to be able to control the fans now?
