I have submitted a THREE requests for an RMA on a bad fan over the last THREE WEEKS and cannot get a response from Thermaltake. Doe anyone read their Tech Support submissions? Regardless of the fact that NOBODY responded to me, here is the solution: You cannot get a US response if you go to Thermaltake.com. You must use www.thermaltakeusa.com. Note: if typing in the web address you must actually use the WWW prefix, You can also use ThermalTake USA to search for the site on your favorite search engine. I received a confirmation of my request immediately when using the proper site. If you don't get a response within a few minutes, you're probably using the wrong site. The best site to use for rma's in the us is https://thermaltakeusa.zendesk.com/hc/en-us .
