Keyboard and software was working fine until I adjusted the Polling Rate from 500 to 1000. Once I made the change, the keyboard became unresponsive. I restarted computer and now keyboard wont even turn on and is not recognized as being plugged in. Also the software immediately closes when I open it.

Any ideas?
