Rachael eLou
Hello, I just bought a brand new Thermaltake iRGB Plus 850W. The lightning and the hardware itself works perfectly fine, however when I try to start the TT DGS application I get an error saying it could not connect to the power supply and to make sure it is connected via USB. I remember few days ago it used to work fine and after installing the new Corsair i150 PRO RGB water cooler it stopped working. Does it have any effect, or it could be the technician removed a cable by mistake? Kindly let me know what is the best solution, Thanks,

Rachael eLou
I checked with a PC technician and he said that the slot is taken because I used the Corsair i150 pro RGB and it takes two slots on my ASUS Maximus XI HERO WIFI motherboard. He said it is not really needed to connect that cable unless I will have to buy an internal usb hub with 3 internal and 2 external which costs around $26.00 Please advise if there is another way and if it is really needed or not. Thanks,
JeffWu
Hi sir If you want to control your RGB lighting and monitor your PC information via DPS G app and also smart mobile remote, you should need a USB internal slot. It's up to your require. Thank you.
