  1. Hi, thanks for the feedback, i have been trying to narrow down shipping costs as best as we can. Can you email me with a screenshot of the shopping cart and confirm with me the address you are shipping too? There could be an issue with how it is flagged in the system, happy to help get you the best price on the shipping. Also, if you are in the USA, stay tuned for a BIG promotion coming on ttpremium.com
  2. Hello, Sorry for the delay with my reply and great question! When you are using more than 1 controller even with the link cable, the 256 color mode is not sync between controllers. You will get it to sync for a little while, but over time it will change different colors between 1 controller and the other. This is a limitation, there is no way to sync (In 256 Color cycle mode ONLY) with more than 1 controller. Your only option and I have dont this personally, is to splice 1 fan connector into another that is on the same controller. Do not go over 4 fans and I do not recommend mixing 120's with 140's but it does work.
  3. Contact our support here in the USA if you are in the region, we can quote you for the cover. Info in Sig -Mike

Hello, For the builds I have done with 480 radiators (4x 120mm fans) what I did was splice the 4th fan into one of the other 3 fans connectors and ran 4 fans off 1 controller. this is not ideal, but it does work, granted I would not go over 4 fans total on the controller to avoid voltage loss. Another option is picking up a single fan RGB pack and get the sync cable we now offer: http://ttpremium.com/product/riing-rgb-controller-cable/ this allows users to link multiple controllers together so they run the same LED color. Take note that the RGB color cycle feature does not "sync" exactly as you will see each controller will have a different timing set that cannot be synced exactly. It does offer easier access to multiple fans and allows you to control all fans from 1 controller. If you need any further help please let me know.
  5. Hello, Sorry for the delay, been traveling last couple weeks to Computex. The CLP0564 only supports AM3, not AM3+ so we dont make a bracket for that to be supported. Normally if you are missing a part, just call our support and they can help. My concern is did the box or any info tell you it was supposed to work for AM3+?
  6. Hi eej, Sorry for the delay, been traveling last couple weeks for Computex. How is everything today, still same issue or any progress? The pump wiring should be fine, have not seen any issues with it. The pump could have got stuck during shipment, tap on the pump a little and wiggle the wiring to make sure it is not a loose connection. Of course if you see something weird, just call us and setup an RMA. Also these pumps run variable speed so input voltage will range from 8 ~ 24V Did you test the actual molex cable to make sure you are getting power or test with something easy (if you have) to make sure that rail/cable is functioning properly? Let us know and will go from there. it could be DOA, but there is always possibilities of something else too to rule out.
  7. Yes, sorry for any delays, I have been at Computex and trying to process shipments while traveling could have been better. Cables will be going out ASAP, just hang in there, you should get an email from me soon.
  8. Hello, Yes, the new cable is 200mm where the original is 230mm. All the original cables are not sold separately, just the new design. The new design should work fine for dual GPU configurations, there is enough length to run for both. Thanks for sending me an email, working on cable requests tomorrow. Apologize for any delay as I have been out of the office on business for a couple weeks.
  9. Hello, Although I have seen some 6TB drives work, the BlacX 5G only supports up to 4TB drives as stated on our website: http://www.thermaltakeusa.com/products-model.aspx?id=C_00001642 I dont think the docking has an issue and you may get different results with other drives, but I cannot guarantee it unfortunately.
  10. Wish I had one available today for you in the 600mm flavor. Only have 560mm right now, should be a great fit and larger spacing with the 140mm fan config. Good luck on the build!
  11. WOW thanks Andy for posting up! Gotta get to my build log next week!
  12. Split up the questions you asked to separate all the info 2) I want to add a 2nd card onto the riser / whatever it's called where the cards are facing outwards towards me, so I'll need another cable and another one of those metal attachments that connects the cable to the horizontal expansion slots. If I buy one of the new cables, will it come with the metal piece? Looking at the package it looks to be just the cable. Bonus 3rd question: Amazon is out of stock. What gives? (also, $30? wow) The Core P5 includes 2 more PCI-E brackets already, you should have that in the box likely still I hope from the extra parts. We have the cable online at a few etailers, stock will come and go. You can buy an additional cable here: (In stock) http://ttpremium.com/product/pci-e-x16-riser-cable The cable only comes with the cable. The cost is due to the quality of the cable and the shielding. Trust me, be careful trying those $5 cables, especially since they are all much shorter. The regulation on longer cables like this does vary based on MB/GPU combinations, some have no issues, other do.
  13. Hi RichardMNixon, For a small % of users, especially with higher end GPUs people have been reporting initilization issues at boot (Takes longer to see screen) or other intermittent issues once in windows or in game. For the quantity that has been released of the Core P5, the issues reported have been under 3% here in the USA. Display driver crashes could be a lot of things, one easy way to check is to connect the card directly into the motherboard and see if the issue continues. If that is not possible, (totally understand if you run liquid cooling like me), see my details below and email me about a replacement cable: Email: mike.fierheller@thermaltakeusa.com Subject: Core P5 Riser Cable Replacement What I need: 1. Motherboard Make/Model 2. GPU Make/Model 3. Your invoice/receipt 4. Brief description on the issues you are having 5. Your shipping address
  14. Hello, No it is not, please do not use or connect it. Apologize for the issue, PM me your contact information (email, Name...) I will reply back to you soon and get you in contact so we can replace the I/O panel for you.
  15. Nice job! Let me know how that coolant works out for you.. I have always got mixed results, tried it myself too. -Mike
  16. I usually dont re-paste for up to 12 months. I Normally upgrade before that!
  17. Hello, You would need to get an adapter cable to convert the 24-pin to 14-pin since you are using a Lenovo/ThinkServer motherboard. Pin outs are different if I remember correctly.
  18. Are you talking about painting the physical keyboard or about the Poseidon Z RGB model with the color changing keys? Let us know some details and we can assist. PS. Sorry for the delay in my reply. -Mike
  19. The shorter cable is part of how we resolved the concerns users where having. We also tested the new design with the Core P5 in mulit-GPU for fitment prior to releasing it, it should be able to reach the outter card slot without an issue. I have seen a few I have worked with personally do this and the new design is working for 99% of the people I have been talking to. If you want to do another RMA and send you out another new cable, I can, just email me.
  20. Hello, Please contact our global support team for assistance. http://my.thermaltake.com/ctGeneral.aspx http://my.thermaltake.com/csWarranty.aspx Thermaltake HQ. Email : CS@thermaltake.com
  21. Sorry you are having more issues, form the cables I have sent out I have only have a couple that said the 2 one is bad. I forward it over to our HQ team to review.
  22. Cables going out today! everyone that emailed me should have a reply email by now to notify about the shipment. if anyone has not received an email from me and is in the USA, please let me know ASAP. thanks!
  23. Broken_pixel, You will get the original cable in the P5, that has not changed yet, we have not had a lot of requests for cables to be honest since we started this. Please try and test it, if you have a problem, email me and I will take care of you. As for the Amazon product page, I already implemented a change to it and added an official statement from Thermaltake about the design change. Take time to have them update. Here to help if you need anything.
  24. Hi All, Sorry been tied up into some projects. If you emailed me, cables will be going out tomorrow. Jakevsnake - Already working with Amazon, all the new orders should be the new cable design. Suggest to go through me and I can swap it out for free. I did see you got the 1 replacement I sent you already back on 3.17, that cable is working for you correct?
  25. Hello, Pump is the same, just different design on the reservoir and housing. Personally I would go for the PR22 Screw in design is very easy to clean and allows you to make a slight adjustment to the top ports by turning the cap to get your tube work to be exactly the way you want it.
