  10. Finally, I am delighted to unveil the final product of the 'WINTER' PC case.❄️ The theme for the Korean PC case was 'Winter Snowflakes', focusing on an aesthetic and modern case design. This PC case has been designed to evoke a feeling of the winter season - cold yet splendid - to fit in with PC building events. We aimed to create a sensation akin to the chilly feeling of imagining the winter sea with blue coolant. There are three main advantages to this PC case. Firstly, by placing a snowflake-shaped water block on the front, it exudes visual splendor, while on the back, the installation of six cooling fans and smaller snowflake-shaped water blocks showcases top-notch cooling effects. Secondly, we prioritized an intuitively recognizable case design. By incorporating an LCD on the bottom of the PC case to add a modern touch, and ensuring all components matched in white, we completed an emotionally evocative PC, reminiscent of the contrasting beauty of clear white snow against the dazzling blue coolant. Lastly, we used innovative cutting-edge technology to craft a neat and intricate PC case, expressing gratitude by engraving sponsor logos in various places. This competition has been an immensely meaningful time for me. Embracing new challenges has always been enjoyable, and it will continue to be a great source of motivation for me in the future. Thank you 'WINTER' PC 'WINTER' PC Detailed video

  31. HI GF3 is 100% JP capacitors GF A3 is only main JP capacitor GF3 has better stability EX: low ripple noise <30mV, voltage regulation<2% Thats why GF A3 is cheaper than GF3 If you only concern about efficiency, price and size (GF A3 only 140mm dept), you could choose GF A3

  32. Time to start the worklog! Over the last days, I was thinking about a design that I can realize for this Ram Mod challenge. Playing with some ideas, I came across one of my favorite movies in terms of art design, "Mortal Engines" Taking the general theme of the movie with its predator cities as an inspiration, I was searching for a city that can might be converted into a Ram Mod for this project. I came across this design here, and thought it would just fit perfect. Now, I need to convert the design into a 3D model and start thinking about the best placement for the ram.

I recommend exploring https://epastpapers.com/cie/cie-a-level/ as it is a treasure trove of past papers for CIE A-Levels, including Information Technology. This website has a comprehensive collection, and you may find it quite handy for your preparations. Additionally, consider checking related discussion threads or study groups on this platform, as they might have more resources or advice to offer.

  42. I have a Skytech Archangel 3.0 built in a Thermaltake H200 TG RGB case. It appears to have the original (non-RGB) Thermaltake TT-1225 fan located on the front with a power connection to a 4-pin peripheral connector from the PSU (only 2 wires in use). In addition, it appears to have three Skytech-branded RGB "12025L 12H 12V" fans daisy-chained on special 4-pin connectors. One of these "Skytech" fans has started to make a lot of noise when the computer is first woken from sleep, and I am looking to replace it, but I don't know what type of fan to buy. Skytech support does not reply. The special 4-pin connector to which the "Skytech" fans are daisy-chained attaches to a SATA power connector from the PSU, as well as the front panel. The latter (front panel connections) include a presumed RGB controller, the LED strip, and the "RGB" button. There does not seem to be any connection to the motherboard, so I am assuming that the case fans always run at full RPM, and that the RGB can only be controlled by the RGB button on the front panel. It is my understanding that the "Skytech" fans must be "addressable RGB," because they can do the spinning rainbow colors in sync with the front LED strip. However, most things I have read indicate that addressable RGB fans all have two sets of wires coming out of them--one set for power and another set for RGB. Yet, these "Skytech" fans only have a single 4-wire set coming out of them for the daisy-chaining. In another forum thread (link below), someone suggested that the four pins in the special connector are: RGB data, 5V, ground, and 12V. I am not an expert, but this does not seem to be a standard connection. I don't really care about the RGB, and I could either keep using the Thermaltake connections or use the motherboard connections instead. I am just really confused about what fan to buy as a direct replacement. Or, if I want to use the motherboard instead, can I continue to use the other "Skytech" fans, or would I have to buy a whole new set?
