You should be able to pick up a 4 Pin PWM Y Splitter for cheap. It will allow you to split that one header into multiple headers so you can get everything going.

Hey
The Pure 12 ARGB Sync Radiator Fan TT Premium Edition does not use the TT RGB Plus software. It is part of Thermaltakes sync lineup that uses a motherboard argb header. That also has a small controller that allows for some limited modes without being connected to your motherboard. If you wanted to use the TT Rgb plus software you might try and contact Thermaltake support and see if they will be willing to send you a plus controller.
-
The header they are connected to are probably controlled by a different zone. Have you checked bios or fan xpert(I think that is what the software it uses) to see how that pwm header its configured.
-
It gets its rgb data from a 5v argb header on your motherboard and fan speed from the pwm header.
Some questions so I can help you:
How do you have it hooked up? Post some pics if you can.
What motherboard do you have?
What header on said motherboard do you have the pwm corresponding with the riing 20 connected to?

Thanks for your response, so that case is just big and useless, the corsair 1000D is what I should get
Np. I got the 1000D very roomy, nice and lots of options.

Usb 3.1 gen 2 header for your usb c port on the front of your case

You have everything set to lumi plus. You will need to click the blue arrow and select your fan model.

Hello,
I have a Thermaltake "The Tower" case, which for those of you who aren't familiar is a very large case. I have 10 of the Riing 14 Plus Premium Edition fans installed in this case, 5 on each controller, 2 controllers total. All of the fans light up just fine but I get an error that says something like "Controller #2 Error" and two of the fans in the case don't spin. I tried unplugging and re-seating all of the fan cables back into the controllers but this only changed which 2 fans weren't spinning.
Any tips on how to get ALL 10 fans spinning at once?
Honestly it sound like you need to do a rma and request a new controller. The fans should spin even if configured incorrectly. The fact that it changes when you re-seat thing is very odd. Might want to look over the power connector to the controller.

Hello everyone.
I have one of these cases housing a new build.
Does anyone know - or can point me in the right direction - if it is possible to easily get to the metal grilles in front of the front fans in order to clean off dust, etc.
Right now, the only option I can see is to prise the tempered glass front off.
Thanks.

on the bottom you should be able to put your hand in the gap
hold the case so you dont pull it off the desk and give it a gentle tug and it should pop off
all the front panels for the level 20 type cases come off in the same way. Look at the video below at 0:52

Further info about my system :
Am3+ Processor
Asus 5A99FX PRO R2 Motherboard
Thank you to ANYONE that can help me with a cooler that will work with this.
Sadly the fan spacing in that case will not provide a good location for a lcs setup. The top two fans are spaced to the point that they do not fit a rad properly. That would have been the only viable spot.

Hi! I just recieved my thermaltake core p5 TG from amazon, there was a delay in shipping, and now after opening it ive come to find the front panel is completely shattered.is there any way i can get a replacement shipped in?
Contact Thermaltake support they should get you fixed up real quick. You can also possibly get a exchange from amazon.
Here is a USA/Canada rma link https://thermaltakeusa.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/115003056047-Warranty-Claim-RMA-Request

By what you have said it sounds like you have tried all you can. I would submit a rma request to get them replaced. Do you have a rad on the top?
-
Can you post some pics of how you have it set up and a screenshot of the software.
Also what are your system specs
-
Its a known issue. I hope they fix it as well.
-
so it was working fine but then after restart it went back to not working?
can you take a pic of how its hooked up and a screenshot of the tt rgb software.
what are your system spec?
-
Are the four that are not working on the same controller?
-
Unfortunately in that situation it is hard to say. It could go both ways.
-
can you take a pic of the controller that is hooked up to the Riing quads

*Update
I was able to change the orientation but unfortunately the pump noise remained. I requested a replacement.
Thanks for the replies
PS
@Bungapads did yours worked?
Yah if tilting the system didn't work then the rma is a good call. That tubing looks a lot better.
-
That tube is very taut. I would rotate your rad so the tubes are in the back and have a bit of slack. As for the sound it might be a air bubble. You may be able to get rid of it by tilting your system.
-
If you don't mind foregoing the rgb control you can always get a tt sync controller. If your mobo does have a 5v digital rgb header then you can still use the lighting just it will be controlled by your motherboard.
The TT Sync controller allows you to hook 9 riing fans to it. The 9 fans are split in to 3 sets of 3. Each of those sets that are controlled by its own pwm connector that you can control via your motherboard.
https://www.thermaltakeusa.com/tt-sync-controller-tt-premium-edition.html
Now there are other ways but that all up to if you like to mod and make cables.
-
what motherboard and case do you have?
-
Can you post a pic of how it is hooked up on your mobo. I just want to see the orientation of the pump.
How long have you had this and how long has it been making this noise?
-
Can you post pics of how you have it hooked up? Recheck all the cables. How many Riing fans/devices do you have in total that should be using the tt rgb software?
5 Riing fans but 1 sys fan on motherboard
in Case Fan

With the sync controller each of the 3 sides pwm are controlled separately. So you would have to have the 2 pwm connectors of the 2 sides you have the fans connected on otherwise they will just run at full speed where pwm data is not present.
