H, Raven88 and supergenny! same problem. I have additional question about issue. Did you get notifications of “fan speed of power supply operates abnormally” to the smartphone as a os-notification, to e-mail, to the dps cloud web interface messages or with alarm is only modal warning window in DPS for PC and doesn’t send as a real warning to another system? I want to know notification doesn’t work or not, because for this first alarms of my PSU I didn’t find corresponding real time notifications anywhere. Notification feature have to work as my mind.

Ok, forgot about Aura in iRGB PLUs PSU, there is no sign Asus Aura on site near this PSU. But old thermaltake PSU with name GRANT with Aura sync sign on site has direct connection to aura sync , but GRANT doesn’t have USB and DPS software. But, iRGB Plus software has a option to sync with PSU. so, theoretically, if I have for example 3 thermaltake funs with thermaltake hub as I understand I can connect 3 funs and one PSU in one led-network and sync music playing on smartphone via iRGB Plus application. Am I right? I have another question, if I will have cooler master case with rgb led and it’s own rgb-controller without software and thermaltake funs with another thermaltake controller 1) can I sync case led with thermaltake funs based on aura sync software? In that case as I understand PSU stay alone. see thermaltake video with asus aura sync and look to the flat light of PSU when aura try to sync music 2) can I sync case led with thermaltake funs and irgb plus PSU based on iRGB Plus software together ? Or in that case cooler master rgb led stay alone ? Can I make connection between two different controller ? 3) if second is impossible , is it possible to switch leds from cooler master controller to thermaltake funs controller or there will be inconvenience?

As I understand 1) Thermaltake will try to delete garbage record and tomorrow I will see it. 2) This remote feature to switch off and restart computer temporatory anavailable for now in cloud beta 1 (but according to video presentation it works normally before as I understand) , but you will try to fix it ? 3) About the MAP is clear. how I can contact directly with SPM support to fix my account issues? I have a issue with DPM SPM cloud software (beta 1.0), who can help me to fix it? This DPM software have a real troubles and a lot of bugs!

Try to open technical request with technical questions from Russia, but system doesn't show me eRMA number after submit request, just forward me to the join membership. After join I didn't find any registration product, do I need to open eRMA again under registred user?

How to open account software issue (ticket) for CLOUD DPS in iRGB PLUS Titanium PSU?

Need to solve several issues in my account of Cloud DPS software. It's can't manage switch off and restart! After registred my PSU in cloud DPS software under my account - my PSU has 2 records and both of them is offline (grey color imposible to press to off button!! 1) After I registred my PSU under my account, and because I confirm email twice or I don't know why (probably) now system show me 2 PSUs (I have only one and need to show only one) In the edit PSU menu I have only one PSU, second PSU is garbage and unreachable, but undeletable.... How I can delete second garbage one if I only have access to one MY PSU if I press edit button... Somebody from support can delete garbage record manual? Problem with garbage record appears because new PSU appears I think after I comfirm e-mail. 2) and both of PSUs for some reason in offline state in DPS cloud software, I can't manage my PSU (switht it off or restart) via cloud DPS software. So, I need that MY PSU stay alone and goes online! Is it clear? In mobile app store application it shows only one PSU as it is and this PSU goes online after my computer up. So mobile application works normally! If PSU is online I can manage it. Can somebody from support help me with cloud DPS? Need make online PSU and delete garbage PSU record... 3) MAPS always show error "This page doesn't show google maps correctly". Do you have support line to fix software bugs? I know that cloud is beta 1 software, but want to help you to fix all problems and help me please also. How to open ticket for this?

Hi, Daren! TT also can make enter/exit into "sleep mode" (all kind of sleeping) throw cloud and smartphone software. It is very easy also.

What other equipment from Thermaltake need to build RGB Plus system with iRGB Plus PSU and for example Asus motherboard , lighting Funs and etc for manage lighting by RGB Plus software (voice control , light music sync, game sync etc)? what kind of hub from TT need to use to sync all the equipment ? is there difference between tt hub for rgb and hub for rgb Plus ? i don’t have expirience with Rgb Plus or Rgb.

Smartphone Thernaltake application can switch computer off via windows Thermaltake software server with USB link. Why smartphone software can’t switch computer on via “Wake on lan” feature by time and manually? Many applications in AppStore can do switch off and switch any computer on without any special PSU and without USB link to PSU. They use it’s own Windows server for switch computer off and “Wake on lan” for switch computer on.

Top PSU model "Thermaltake Toughpower iRGB PLUS 1250W Titanium" doesn't have 80 Plus Titanium sertificate? Really? According to official 80 Plus site https://www.plugloadsolutions.com/80PlusPowerSuppliesDetail.aspx?id=0&type=2 there are only 4 models with Titanium sertificate, but on official thermaltake site there are 5 Titanium sertificate models. Is it true that top and very expensive "Thermaltake Toughpower iRGB PLUS 1250W Titanium" PSU model with 16.8mln colors doesn't have official Titanium sertificate? Why it is so expensive? I think with model is very similar like "Thermaltake Toughpower DPS RGB 1250W Titanium" which have Titanium sertificate and Thermaltake "fogot" about sertification for new model( the model is not very new it is about 2016 year) , all expensive models have to have sertification!!
