Which is the most complete version of TT RGB Plus? I know 1.4.0 is the newest but if I set my fans to Weather the RPM shoots up to 100% and I can't get it down unless I quit the program. Currently running 1.3.3 but Weather doesn't work. Any thoughts? Links would be helpful.

I have Riing Quads, which do NOT come with a separate PWM cable. TT RGB Plus 1.4.0 has very janky control over fan speed. Choosing "Player" or "Weather" automatically maxes out the fan speed at 100% and nothing I do can get it to come down short of exiting the software and re-opening. Also, if you cycle through the entire options for lighting it gets stuck on static and can't be changed. Currently using version 1.3.3 but Weather doesn't work with that version. How can this be so broken given how expensive these fans are?
