Also having this problem, thought I'd share and not make another topic

Since I recently bought and installed this mouse, I've tried almost every possible solution online and did everything with administration running, I've tried re-installing the drivers, re-installing USB Ports, removing every possible mouse settings that might conflict with it in some way, tried older drivers, changed permission settings to full control, ran the Mouse crack tool and didn't work, and I'm currently stuck here.

 

I'm using Black Gaming Mouse

Model no: MO-BLK002DTA

 

Please help, I'm loving this mouse but I might have to return it.

 

 

Dear sonicmash2,  as you have the DTA model, can you confirm for me that you are attempting to use the software/drivers for the DTA model?

 

In addition, the mouse crack tool will bypass software detection. If you ran that, please run it again and click "RESET" to undo it.

I have the software working but i dont think my mouse is charging, the light on my mouse is breathing and in the software the battery is all red and has a picture of a plug in the middle what does this mean.

 

Hi PurpleNinja63, that icon should mean it's fully charged.  May I ask what changes happened, now that the software is detecting the mouse? 

 

Dont worry i thought it wasnt working in wireless cause the lights were not on but i moved the mose and it works

However i cant get the software to load in wireless mode. it does the whole Ap config thing again, which is annoying cause i want to turn the lights on while its in wireless i can still change there coulour but the turn off after i press the button

 

The lights cannot be turned on in wireless mode. This choice in design was done to maximize battery life.  Sorry for any inconvenience. We'll try to get back to you regarding the software not detecting the mouse in wireless mode.

[CRONOS Headset Problem]

How do you have it plugged in?  As long as the CRONOS is plugged into your main sound card & your sound card is the default playback+recording device - the CRONOS should work fine in steam games.

Hey col.phantom,  when you flip your mouse over. Please check the sticker label. Some of the BLACK mice are labeled DTA, while others have the DT label. You'll have to match this to the corresponding firmware/software.

Regarding 7zip, just unpack the compressed zip file with 7zip.  After that run it.  This might be something more complicated that we'll have to troubleshoot.

I get the same error. Please plug in the gaming device to start the AP Configuration.

I checked the firmware by running the 1.5 exe update and my mouse does not show in the Device area.

My operating system is: Windows 7 Professional (x64) Service Pack 1 (build 7601)

My Motherboard:  Gigabyte Technology Co., Ltd. GA-890GPA-UD3H

Bus Clock: 200 megahertz

 

I thought maybe I was having a conflict with my Logitech software from my old mouse but the Volos still does not work after uninstalling logitech software.

 

One more Edit. I ran the setup exe as administrator then ran the software as administrator and it worked.

and grab the "VOLOS FIRMWARE UPDATE V1.5" program.

 

The next time the "Please plug-in Gaming Device to start the AP configuration" error shows up. Open up the "VOLOS FIRMWARE UPDATE V1.5" program, and check if the VOLOS is detected in the 'device' area. If it is, the device area will display 'Tt eSPORTS VOLOS gaming mosue'.  Similar to the screenshot below.  Please let us know whether it shows up or not.

 

 

 

*Note: please try this when you are getting the "Please plug-in Gaming Device..." error message.

Hey DarkRaziel, the team got AIMP3 and was able to control it fine. WMP did not open for them.  This was tested with the Tt eSPORTS CHALLENGER keyboard (not the CHALLENGER Pro / CHALLENGER Illuminated / CHALLENGER Ultimate).

Hi Tsunami,  did you try switching into "Game-Mode" from "normal mode" ?  S-key assignments are only active in Game-Mode.

 

The button to switch is the one to the left of the profile switch buttons. 

 

[THERON gaming mouse]

I bought Theron in march 2013. After using few months the mouse started to register double clicks even if I single click.

Then the firmware update came and every thing started to work fine. 

But now for the past couple of months, again, the mouse started to give problems like, registering no click or double clicks when clicking single time. 

Can somebody tell what should I do? It is really annoying and frustrating.

Was this attempted in wireless mode, or wired? And have you tried with a different PC, to see if the same thing happens? As there's lots of variables in a PC setup, we'll have to get some more information first. Sorry for the inconvenience.
