  1. Hi, The PSU has 2 mounting locations on this case, so technically you "could" add a 2nd PSU into the case. Glad you found a solution to what you want to do, best of luck on the mod!
  2. Hi, Thanks for posting up, can you give a picture to show what you are talking about? I have a View 71 right here, the case pin connectors for the front/top panel are standard for the most part, just the LED is split into 2 singles. I only see 1 reset switch so maybe something got mixed up on yours, help with some details and will go from there.
  3. Hello, Please contact our USA support: https://thermaltakeusa.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/requests/new
  4. So some bad news, the chassis info is delayed, we should have more info, but it looks like it will not be until AFTER CNY (Chinese New Year). I will try to keep you in mind when I go to turn on the website once it is ready. Personally really like this case, very different from the rest, like a mini-View 71 kind of and the glass is really nice too. I have one here staring at me right now while I think about the features we will list
  5. Give asus a call and see if they can give you any help on the settings in the bios on what can help with this. Personally i am not a fan of this new "feature" they added, but what can you do? It effects anything plugged in that is not something simple, especially something that monitors values on the systems through this port.
  6. Hi, Make sure the tubes are pressed in all the way on the fittings. Did you by any chance take out the color insert rings that go on both ends? They have to be there for it to spin. Depending on your tube work, if the flow2 is being pushed or "tweaked" and not "straight" just try to shift it around a little bit and it should be fine. Also check to see if there is anything that is trapped in there or loose. You might want to partial drain the system, take it out and give it a look to be sure. Keep us posted, I have personally used this product a lot on builds, i have not had many issues.
  7. Hi, The LEDs in the Riing Plus are different and brighter than the previous versions. New tech, Addressable capabilities and all that. With that said the housing is diffused to smooth out the lighting and reduce light bleed from the individual LEDs. The fan can come completely apart, but you have to be careful... Any physical damage or modification like this, you will loose warranty you know. But modding is fun just the same, just want to make sure you know the risks. I have played with them a little, I dont think it would be the best action to take, the LED really cant get much brighter, but do also double check to make sure you have the brightness turned all the way up or to where you would want it.
  8. I Stand by my reply, please do not continue to post false information or it will be deleted. I apologize it did not work out for your configuration, but I know it does work, I have built a few of them now.
  9. Please keep us posted. Apologize if we did not communicate with you and just processed the shipment. Different regions will do it differently Good luck with the replacement swap, hope you are good to go, should be if you got the correct cable.
  10. Thank you fore the feedback, especially on the motherboard you are using. If you have your Sleep settings in the bios to disable the 5V on the USB header for the "power safe" feature that will happen. You should be able to adjust the setting if this is something you like to use. Check with ASUS for details.
  11. Hi, On the Software, for each of the 5 modules, there is a green circle with a line in it. If you click that, it will disable that port on the controller. Once you have disabled all the ports that are not connected, the warning will go away and the controller icon on the top left will turn blue. After you set this up, click save and it should not bug you again unless one of your fans fails, which is the reason for the feature
  12. Unfortunately no, the case size is different and will not fit like you would want it, no mounting points on the back either to secure the top part. Main reason is the vertical GPU feature, the space is tight in there, especially with the PSU cover when running the cable. Appreciate the feedback, I Love the vertical mounting we have brought to the market and will continue to improve the design and add more in.
  13. Hi, I apologize for the issues you have experienced, but I do need to correct you, The Thermaltake Floe and all Riing Plus Family products work great with Ryzen, Intel and AMD's other chipsets just fine. I have built over 10 systems so far including Threadripper to understand the function. Especially the software is working excellent and new features are coming, so again this issue may just be your system, a compatibility issue or something else. We are here to help you on this forum, but please do not just come here to complain and not even explain "What issue" you are having with the product. We are here to help, give us your system specs, some details on what exactly is going on and we can do our best. Did you ask for a warranty replacement and got denied by our support? Also just to check make sure you are contacting our USA office directly: https://thermaltakeusa.zendesk.com/hc/en-us
  14. More info end of this month! Stay tubed XD
  15. Hi rodgerC, Make sure you plugged into the correct USB header port, especially not the firewire or others that could have damaged it, hard to say without your confirm. The fans and everything will work without the connection to the MB which is great for troubleshooting, but please also check the connection on the MB is working properly. Alternatively you can take a Micro USB to USB cable and plug it into the Controller and Back USB on the I/O of the MB and bypass the header to see if it works. if you keep getting this same message, its likely warranty time or just swap them out.
  16. Hi, Remember the Dip switches are to assign the controller to the number you want. Make sure it is not set on like number 8 or higher or you wont see it unless you scroll right. For the red one, that means one or more ports is not connected on the controller, all you have to do is turn that port off and the controller will go back to blue. This is all built in to help, it is a different type of control many are not used to, there is a lot of features there. I did have some other troubleshooting suggestions I did not see any reply back from you on yet. If you are in the USA, call our support and will walk you through it. https://thermaltakeusa.zendesk.com/hc/en-us
  17. Hi, You only need 1 USB header for the Plus Eco System. The cable has a splitter to 2. You can either use 1 and daisy chain the other with the included cable, or just put 1 connector on each controller whatever works best for the cable management stuff You should not need to buy anything additional with this setup to have enough ports. Dont forget 1 port will be for the Pump LED as well, have fun with the build!
  18. Email them again, maybe it did not go through. Please dont email 1 time and wait weeks for a response
  19. Hi, For the controller you can put it where you want, I did a 2 part video build with the View 71 you can see here if it helps.
  20. Hi, Saw your other post and replied there as well to mention. Unplug the USB header cable and boot the system, does it lock up still? I have not seen any issue around with freezing on boot caused by our software, maybe a stability issue? Are you OC on anything? Try going back to stock to test. Narrow it down and remove things to see where it works and breaks. You can also disable the "Boot on startup" and then just run the software manually for troubleshooting to find out what is going on. Keep us posted or just contact our support and talk with us about it in detail. https://thermaltakeusa.zendesk.com/hc/en-us
  21. Hi, Apologize for the issue with this controller replacement. Please contact back the rep you have been working with to let them know. Apologize I cannot help directly from the USA.
  22. Hi, Glad to hear you got some issues resolved, the sound should not be to bad to resolve either. For the sound modes to work, you need to have sound drivers installed, when you get that error there is something going wrong with the detection of the audio based on the device selected and the driver related to it. Try updating your sound drivers as well to see if that resolves or reinstall the Riing software to see if that helps as well.
  23. Hi, Contact our support, we have spare parts we can quote you for the cables you need. https://thermaltakeusa.zendesk.com/hc/en-us
  24. Hi, Sorry for the delay in my reply. What software version are you using? Can you give us your system specs and OS? Uninstall the software and go download the new version - http://www.thermaltakeusa.com/Liquid_Cooler/Liquid_Cooler_/All_in_One/C_00003122/Floe_Riing_RGB_360_TT_Premium_Edition/Support.htm# As for the pump, the speed is automatically adjusted as needed, there is no way to change it. If you want it cooler, turn up your fans or add more, pump speed will not help make it cooler.
