  1. Hi, What version of the software did you install, what OS are you using and what is the part number of the PSU you purchase? - Make sure you have the latest version of the software from our website. - Check the connection of the USB to the motherboard - If you have any screenshot of where you get to, so we can see what you mean would really help as well. Thx!
  2. Hi, Not sure on your region for best way to recycle electronics, we currently do not have any program, so I would suggest to contact local E-waste locations for proper disposal.
  3. Got a screenshot? Yes, you will not have speed control on the pump top, just the lighting. You also have to set which port is what, so you need to know which one is your pump from the fans and select them from the drop down. You have speed control on the fans as well as the lighting and PWM function. Also make sure you are running the latest version 1.1.4 off our website.
  4. Hi, Unfortunately that is not something I can provide. You can also contact us and see if we have one and just pay the shipping. It might be better to go to our HQ in Taiwan and drop them an email to try as well. http://www.thermaltake.com/corporate.aspx?t=4 You never know until you try
  5. Hi, Thanks for the pictures, for the hole on the bracket, what gave you the idea you need to put anything there? You already have 2 mounts to go into the drive, so I would like to know what your concerns are? Thx, Mike
  6. Hi, Are you talking about the screws that secure the drive to the cage -or- the screws that secure the cage to the case? The accessory box should have included them, they are small, any extra info is appreciate to try and assist.
  7. You can also try our HQ office in Taiwan, send them an email, you never know, just cost in shipping. It is a legacy product now, so not easy. Good Luck!
  8. Hello, Please follow the template on the 1st post and and email it to the international email shown.
  9. Hi, One thing I could suggest is to call our office in your region and see if they have any old stock laying around. http://www.thermaltake.com/corporate.aspx?t=4
  10. Hi, We used to carry the PSU cover for the Core V Series and it has been out of stock for some time. - This is the part number for the PSU cover for the Core V51/71 If you are in the USA, you can try call our support and see if we have any in the back we can offer. https://thermaltakeusa.zendesk.com/hc/en-us
  11. Hi, The fans included with the View 31 RGB are the manual control fans, not supported by the software versions which are different, if you purchased the "RGB" version of course. For the fans on the AIO you purchased, I think that is the TT Premium fans, (Non-Plus) that support software control and you can download the software from our website under that specific products page. If you can help to let us know which products you have, we can help with the link. - Part number preferred to confirm.
  12. Hi, With the Dip switch, you should not have to make any changes if you are running 1 controller, as shown in the picture, that is already set for controller #1. It only matters when you have more than 1 controller, you can set the controller to any number really, just cannot set 2 controller to the same is all.
  13. Hi, Thanks for posting, nice to meet you. You should have control of the fan speeds to set manually or by using the PWM function. You select either Silent or performance mode and PWM is considered an on/off function for the other mode you pick, Silent/Performance. With this you can only control the fans, the pump is setup and controlled automatically, unfortunately you cannot change the pump speed manually. Only Plus family products can link up with the controller, any other fans have a different connection and are not compatible. You will have 5 ports, with 4 of them populated for the 3 fans + pump.
  14. Hi, Can you take a picture of the controller you just received? Just need to see the bottom with the Dip switches.
  15. The closer it is the more it will effect yes, but do consider the TG panel is spaced off the case a little and that gap makes for more airflow just the same. That is about 1/2 inch, should be ok from what I have built. You can use whatever riser cable you want, but I would suggest to look at Thermaltake's new TT Premium cable even over anything 3M makes.
  16. Hi, If there was a PSU cover for this case, you would not be able to use the Vertical mounting for the GPU, so it is a give and take and we went with the GPU over a cover. Even if you made one, the height of the PSU would be the concern to take that into account if you plan to make one and use the vertical GPU mount. In regards to the Buzz, contact us, probably a bad I/O panel and we can swap that out under warranty. http://www.thermaltake.com/corporate.aspx?t=4
  17. Hi, Possible, but after some modifications to a few things to get it to fit properly. It will be a tight fit, the case looks big in this picture in compare to in front of you. Also, there is no mounting holes for the bottom of the MB, you would have to make them or just go without and put spacers there.
  18. Hi, We do carry some spare parts we can offer, but it all depends on the region and availability. Suggest to contact us by email or phone from one of our offices near you: http://www.thermaltake.com/corporate.aspx?t=4
  19. The manual included should explain the installation, you see the bl ack/red cable coming off the pump bottom, that is the power, plan and simple. You will connect this to your molex connector on the PSU, but make sure to never run the pump dry, suggest to either jumper the PSU when filling initially or just use another PSU for that until all the coolant is primed. If you have any further questions, list them out or take some pics and show us what you are asking for and will try to help
  20. Hi, Sorry for any delays with our regional teams. I am from the USA. Have you tried contacting us more than 1 time in this period? Here is our global contact list: http://www.thermaltake.com/corporate.aspx?t=4 Call us if you cant get a reply to email or maybe check the link and try contacting our offices in your region.
  21. Hi, Nice Build! Oh so you are only looking for the drain itself, we have it in stock now, just checked: http://ttpremium.com/product/pacific-g14-drain-valve-black/ Sorry for the delay BTW, was filming this week and was afk a lot, catching up though XD
  22. Hi, The Case is designed to support 2.5 spaced slot cards in width and it does come close especially with the larger coolers that are out on some GPU models. What temps are you getting with the entire panel off? How is your airflow? Maybe take a look there, not much else I could suggest besides watercooling your GPU or drilling holes in the plexi to "mod" it as you say.
  23. Hello, Which model exactly do you have? It should have a 4-pin on it?
  24. Hello, The AIO has its own control and will increase as needed based on the CPU temperature. This is very similar to most all AIO coolers out there as we work with Astek on this product. Are you seeing higher than normal temps? You cannot push the pump speed to 100% if that is what you are looking for.
  25. Hello, Thanks for the screenshot, looks like you are using a very old software. We are on 2.1.5 for the TT Premium software. In this pic, you are on 1.0.0 - Please update and check. http://www.thermaltakeusa.com/db/support/software/RiingRGBTTPremiumEdition_Setup.zip
