  1. Wow nice custom case you got! Now I see what you working with, awesome. The only fittings I see that would be an issue are the ones for the TOP rad and maybe the CPU block because normally they run up and behind the MB where you will want to run them down and under. You may have to extend them and is should not be much of an issue other than warranty Another thing to think about, what I would do, is where you plan to extend the wires. I would mock it all up and see where I need to make a change and cut/extend the wires so they are hidden good.
  2. Correct, the one we have currently for RGB fittings will never work for software control. Need a new controller and if we follow the Plus feature it will be addressable as well so new PCB on the fittings as well. The cable lengths are long enough, I had 10 of those fittings in a case and did not have any issue other than trying to hide all the cables as it does add up lol. If you wanted to extend it, it will likely void your warranty so consider that, but you would want to make your own cable or just cut and extend the ones you need to. I have shortened some to clear some room, but that was in a custom PC and took a good bit to clean up.
  3. Hey, Sounds like something is up with the controller. I would just warranty it with us and get a replacement. No worries, this can happen with anything for the most part. Hope you get it resolved soon, let us know if you need any further assistance.

    Tower 900

Hi, Honestly the Tower 900 is designed for custom loop cooling. Your only option besides cutting the chassis would be to use one of the 4 rad brackets in the back to mount sideways on top of the center HDD tower inside so the tube will reach. It works, just does not look the best imo.
  5. I see you are in the USA, can you contact our support for warranty? https://thermaltakeusa.zendesk.com/hc/en-us I checked my system at home, around 42mb on the memory for myself. Running 7 Plus fans atm. Could be a controller issue, I let our program team know as well so we can try to recreate. Since the update to the software did not help, might want to swap out the controller under warranty. Also, check your programs that you have running try closing them to see if it makes a difference to test the idea that it may be conflicting with some other monitoring program or app. 100mb I am not really worried about, but when you had 500+mb something is going on.
  6. Hello, Have not seen that going on, you have the system at idle? Any file transfers going on same time or apps? Try update to the new 1.1.4 version and see if it resolves. I sent you link on other post ^^
  7. Ok cool. Hopefully they will find it soon, some parts are harder to find, but we do check!
  8. Hi, Oh man sorry to hear! Double check with our support: https://thermaltakeusa.zendesk.com/hc/en-us The panel is not the issue, but the mounting screws on the back. We also might have spare part we can quote you and it might be cheaper this way.
  9. Check your connections, also if you have a new MB chipset (No info ) it could be due to the new USB header power on states, once the system is on and you see the message, unplug the power to the controller, plug it back in and see if it just now works. If so, then there is a setting you have to change to allow the USB header 3.3v to initialize sooner. Contact your MB manufacture for more info if this is true. If you are using RYZEN, there was a change AFTER we launched this product on the chipset side, nothing we can control, submitting an RMA should help with the issues.
  10. Hello, what version are you running? I saw your other post, try updating to the new 1.1.4 version. System I have here by my desk my memory usage is only 35.3MB ballpark, are you doing any transfers through another USB header or something weird like that? keep us posted and try the new software first ^^
  11. Hi, Just to follow up, did you get in touch with our support?
  12. Hello, have you contacted our support yet? Please do so we can assist: https://thermaltakeusa.zendesk.com/hc/en-us In regards to the info provided, do you have a screenshot of the error message created by the riing software? Have not seen this one yet and any help for info is appreciated. When you reboot does it work? No issues, just only on shutdown? We also just released a new version of the PC software 1.1.4 you can download from our website. http://www.thermaltakeusa.com/db/support/software/RiingPlusRGBTtPremiumEdition_Setup.rar
  13. Hi, You would want to contact our support in your region for options. http://www.thermaltake.com/corporate.aspx?t=4
  14. I can only really speak for the USA market, we did not include the riser cable in the Core P3, it was only with the P5 originally, then we made a change. The new TT Gaming Riser has been the replacement for a while now, but again it all depends on where you buy it. The cable is "Optional" and if you do have an issue and are in the USA, feel free to contact our support: https://thermaltakeusa.zendesk.com/hc/en-us Also to mention, the riser cable does not damage the card, it cant really unless it is not connected correctly, it has no additional power requirements like others in the market that are much more risky. You did not mention what you are planning to buy, but likley you will not see our case with the riser cable included (Sold Separately). I would also suggest to just buy 2 cables to avoid it all together. We also have a Premium cable, doubt you will have an issue with that one.
  15. Hi, Our TT RGB Fittings run off different voltage than our W4 Plus since one is addressable and the others are just RGB. Very important with the transition we are all making to addressable RGB from the standard. I know what you mean with the controller, trust me this is just the beginning for our products, as we move forward with more addressable RGB solutions, the previous will have to be separate, it is a hardware change. I think what you are looking for is "in the works" but not ready just yet
  16. Contact our support, we should have spare parts to quote you on it. https://thermaltakeusa.zendesk.com/hc/en-us
  17. Honestly you are better off with a 360 for the space as you will have to lose the "top top" 5.25 bay as well. Mounting the fans will be very tight. This is also why we spec the Rad, but not the fans for a full 420, it is different, but that is what is possible. Also consider rad thickness for clearance as the fans can only mount on the bottom, make sure to install the fans to the rad before install into the case.
  18. Hi, We recently released version 1.1.4 for the Riing Plus PC software. Please download it and give it a try. Make sure to remove the older version first. For the fans not detected, make sure like ports 4/5 are not disabled (red minus vs Green Plus symbol) Takes a little to get used to the software, also contact our support to go over more details and will issue an RMA if needed. https://thermaltakeusa.zendesk.com/hc/en-us
  19. Hi, Thanks for the information. First thing to mention, please contact our support again about the recent RMA you did with us, will take a look. https://thermaltakeusa.zendesk.com/hc/en-us We can test the controller before it ships to help with the troubleshooting. Also, with the "other systems" you used. When you connected the controller to another system, like for example a laptop, install the software on the laptop, does it work? This would require you to use a Micro USB to USB cable, like for your phone. Give that a try if you can, if it works there it could be a compatibility issue. We can help with replacing the controller and just let the support rep know what is going on.
  20. Right on man, enjoy the build, this case is a beast!
  21. Hi, Are you talking about the Armor Series cases? Contact us here from our USA site and we can try and help: https://thermaltakeusa.zendesk.com/hc/en-us
  22. Hi, I see you are in the USA, did you contact the USA office directly or maybe our Global support. We are open today, here is our USA contact support, phone number in here: https://thermaltakeusa.zendesk.com/hc/en-us We can swap out the I/O panel only so you do not have to send the case in. Sorry for the issue, contact us today!
  23. Hi, Honestly it does not matter, I have done it both ways. If I had to choose and based on this with the Tower 900 in my exp, I would use the bottom as the IN and the top as the OUT to give you better room for your tube runs.
  24. If you can help me to help that person as well. Can you send me a link to where you saw that comment? I tried looking for it, but could not find it :/
