  1. Hi, Just standard 140mm case fan, we normally do not sell these, your best bet is to contact our office in your region to see if they have any to quote you. Depending where you are, there is alt to basic fans like this. I do also want to point out RGB fans do have an OFF feature on the LED http://www.thermaltake.com/corporate.aspx?t=4
  2. I apologize for the delay as I have been away, I have PM'd you today.
  3. You should try on another system. USB cable from your controller to say a laptop and see if it detects there. standard Micro USB cable works just fine for this and tells a lot about the issue. Testing the connectivity on your motherboard is important, something is either loose in connection or faulty with either the controller or the USB header, do you have more than 1 USB header? please try it. Lastly, Call us, we can discuss further and if we cant resolve over the phone, we can swap the controller under warranty.
  4. Hi, I see you are both in the USA, please call our support to go into detail on what is going on. Toll Free: 800.988.1088 Our team can help you with troubleshooting closer on what you have. We can then offer a RMA if needed to help and test the replacement before it goes out. It is the fastest way to get support from Thermaltake USA. I apologize I have been busy and away from my desk recently.
  5. Hi, We ship global if you do not want to wait: http://ttpremium.com/product/gaming-pci-e-3-0-x16-riser-cable/ We also have several other ttpremium.com sites in other regions if shipping/duty is to much from the USA to you.
  6. Hi, Motherboards come with screws? What motherboard did you buy I am curious to see this The screws included with the accessory pack are the screws you would only want to use. Did you see the accessory pack included with the case? Maybe they are missing? Let us know or contact our support in your region for details. http://www.thermaltake.com/corporate.aspx?t=4
  7. Hi, Are you running iOS 11 with the recent upgrade? Did it work before you updated? I have used it for a while now on iOS without a problem. (Have not updated to iOS 11 on my phone, hope to get the iPhone X soon)
  8. Hi, If the box or the webstore listing does not show AM4 (Sticker on box or listed on website store) then the AM4 bracket is not included with the product. We do offer the AM4 brackets separately (For users who had the cooler already). I can only speak for the USA region, which we added the sticker to the packaging "AM4" indicating the bracket was included. You can purchase the bracket here (Or use this part number to look for it locally): http://ttpremium.com/product/water-3-0-series-aio-liquid-cooler-am4-bracket/
  9. Hi, You can use the coarse thread (Fat screws) to use in the fan mounting slots and mount the 3 fans there, you just have to put the screws in through the back into the fans. Does not do much (unless you have a radiator), but if you do have some HDD and stuff in the back, flip the back panel around so the filter is on the opposite side and you will get at least some functionality to cool your drives instead of it just "being for the look". Look into an AIO in the future, you will not be disappointed.
  10. http://ttpremium.com/product/thermaltake-pacific-flow-indicator-2/ Cool accessory to help with tube runs and see coolant flow.
  11. Hi, Our TT Gaming Riser or the TT Premium Riser will both work fine, personally used them in the View 71. For the TTP riser, get the 300m (Shortest one) as the others are way to long haha!
  12. Hi, Thanks for the reply. Keep in mind that not all "modes" support RGB options and only single color options with the animation from that specific mode. Basically you will see the RGB option greyed out if it is not supported. Please check with our other ttpremium.com sites, we are also working on a single fan retail pack, you might see that sooner. They are in the works already. For the Android app, I found the issue and we are working to update it. The issue is the mobile version is not compatible with the laterest version of the PC software. We should be updating the Android app on google play store by next week, so look for that update and try it with the 1.1.3 you now have (Let me know how it goes) For the AIO, yes, it has 5 ports on the controller and 3 will be used for the AIO fans + Pump so you have 2 extra spots there to use for whatever Anything specific issue wise with the riing software, help take a simple video and post it up (really helps) and we can review it and try to recreate.
  13. Hi, Thanks for posting up, I am from the USA office so I will do my best to give you some assistance. 1. You should use copy color for the light mode for fans 2-5 so they can sync to the same thing and all you have to change is just fan 1 as part of the feature. Do not forget to save either once you set the new value or the next time you reboot it will default back to previous. 2. The temp reading has been an issue we are trying to resolve. Please also update to version 1.1.3 and check (On our Website) 3. Fan speeds will vary, they can go above 1500 too, from your pic, turn off PWM and select performance that is how you max out the fan speed. With PWM on, it will still be PWM controlled based on the pre-set table built into the software. 4. Single fans are coming to other regions, but I am not sure as to when, we current sell single packs on our Global TT Premium Store:http://ttpremium.com/product/riing-plus-12-rgb-radiator-fan-single-fan/ 5. I have not see the features disappear like you say, update to the latest version and and test again. 6. As for the Android App I will ask our HQ about it, I currently use it on iOS and it works fine. PM me if you need any further assistance, maybe something is defective, happy to help.
  14. Hi, Depending on your region, just call our support and see if they have some spare parts to offer/quote to you. Good luck!
  15. Hi Bryan, Will see what I can come up with or the team here to make a quick video to help.
  16. Hi, Can you be more specific on which "kit" you purchased? This our Water 3.0 240 AIO with the RGB fans? Is it the Extreme "S" model or not? We offered a older version that is now EOL that offered software support, but it is not offered to all models. A quick pic or confirm the part number on the box would help. Software might not be offered on your model. Thanks, TM
  17. Hi, Can you please post your system specs so we know what you are working with? If the USB cable from Controller >>> Back of motherboard is not detecting, try: 1. Make sure you have the latest version of the software and the correct software for the fans you purchased - check our website. 2. Test with just one controller, re-seat all connections 3. When using the cable, push in and hold the micro USB going into the controller, when you hold it in there, does the controller now detect? - could be connection issue (Physical) 4. If #3 is the issue, make sure you dont have the controller smashed into the back of the case where the cables can get disconnected. 5. Check device manager, is this a fresh install? If so, make sure everything is installed, especially audio/USB drivers 6. Try a laptop or other system with just one controller and fan using a micro USB cable, if it works in a completely different system, prob need to format your OS.
  18. Hi, Please try connecting the Riing Plus Controller cable to the motherboard's USB 2.0 Header directly and let us know if that works. I would also suggest to contact our USA support (If in USA) to see about a replacement controller. https://thermaltakeusa.zendesk.com/hc/en-us
  19. Hi all, I have a new version we are testing and I have seen great results with this version. It is not available on the website yet, so here is a direct link to the .zip file: Version 1.1.205 https://www.dropbox.com/s/rkempteb565tazi/Riing%20Plus%20RGB%20Tt%20Premium%20Edition_Setup_1.1.205_x86.exe.zip?dl=0 - Uninstall older Riing Plus Software first - Reboot system before installing new software - Unzip file directly on same PC (No copy files and transfers) Please help us with some feedback! If you are having troubles still, Thermaltake can help with a replacement controller/cable/fan under warranty if needed once we get some details and your information. Thermaltake USA Support - https://thermaltakeusa.zendesk.com/hc/en-us I apologize for users outside of the USA I cannot help directly, please contact info@thermaltake.com for Warranty assistance. If you dont know what to do, PM ME XD
  20. Hi, PM me the issues you are having with the Riing Premium Controller, it is likely just a bad controller.
  21. Hi all, We are working on a new update and are monitoring this thread for the feedback you are providing. We should have an updated version to release soon which will also include new LED modes and other features. Please when you have any issue, let us know your motherboard (Part Number) as we are trying to recreate these issue to find a solution. -Mike
  22. Hi Patrick, What motherboard model are you using in the build to reference? If you have a micro USB to USB cable around, connect that into the controller and the other end into one of the USB ports on off the I/O. See if it will detect then if you have it available. Another thing, push in the micro USB cable into the controller, hold it in there and see if the software updates and detects. Could just be defective controller/cable, can call our support and we can test a replacement before it goes out to help and discuss more details on what is all involved. 800.988.1088 https://thermaltakeusa.zendesk.com/hc/en-us
  23. Did you check the dip switch settings for BOTH controllers? If they are both set to the same, only 1 will show up. Also, if above is not "it" test both controller separately, make sure they both work together. Then depending on result, check the connections, you can: 1. connect both controllers to the USB header cable that is included 2. Use the daisy chain cable and see if you get different result. (Try both of these if the top option is not it) keep us posted!
  24. Tom, Great to hear, PM me how you resolved it if you have time thx!
  25. Looks like PCI-E clip is black here in the picture. If the retention clip is black, you are good. The white clip does work, just not for everyone, it has already being phased out.
