Yes, Chiobe is completely right! but you need to be careful about voltage, if your adding just do it a little at a time. But first you need to see whats the maximum safe voltage for your CPU

Well i actually ran into a dilemma, because i will be going full LCS soon and the blocks for 3 cards cost as much as a card itself... Now i wish i had 1 very powerful card instead of 3 averagely good cards

Yes, all of the above plus that the efficiency is different Smart SE with 87% efficiency and the Smart with 80%, i would suggest smart SE as you will be able to save a lot of time with cable management just like ƒєαтнєявєαя said.
