After many hours of the project is finally done!

One day, there were aliens who made an emergency landing on Earth due to a malfunction of the airship.
Their soft and fluffy appearance.
7 aliens who depend on each other wisely and kindly.
They fall in love with Earth's wonderful nature and settle here.
The hideout where you used to play pirates with your friends when you were young.
A cabin on top of a tree, accessible by climbing up a ladder.
A place buried in your memories.
Another precious memory was piling up there.

The Implementation : 







 

When all the pillars are already installed So I started installing the rest of the hardware.
And start connecting the wires from the various paths that have been prepared before.
 

 

 
After that I added water to the main system to check it wouldn't leak. 
I left the pump to run for an hour until I was confident.
 

 

 
After that, I connected the whole system together to final test. 
Now I can see BIOS from the small screen that I installed. it means Everything works great.
All hardware is fully detected and correct. After this, I will probably install windows and Tt software.
For the other steps, I probably won't update. See you again when the work is finish.

I'm making a little world inside a computer. 

Some progress... The Whole chasis disassembled and the black factory paint is now removed using sandblasting. This gun metal color is the original color of the chasis without the paint coating. That was the result i was targeting. For the last step i clear coated the whole chasis for protection. More.. soon!

Slick theme and paintwork!

Right, let's get to the nitty gritty then, making the things. Toolpathing these heatspreaders was quite the task, they're going to be cut from 3mm brass plate, which should come out wonderfully with the engraving.

We start by roughing out the outermost contours, this will help prevent the brass from potentially warping whilst on the vacuum bed and possibly damaging my spindle or tools.


The centre section has a trough that runs down the middle, a smaller aluminium button will sit in there to emulate the clip from the originals. I used a 3mm ball mill to get the sides nice and smooth, along with a 2mm endmill for the pockets.
The material is then given a rough facing op, this levels the top surface to the correct dimensions. I say rough, but it's still incredibly reflective and smooth.


Finally we have the engraving, I haven't had the time to edit up the remaining bits and pieces yet, so those will have to go up a bit later, but this should give you a good idea of things.
