Hello Ghardyne,
I'd suggest to try cleaning the switches first. You can use water to clean it, just make sure not to connect the keyboard to the PC before you are 100% sure that all water is dried or you risk damaging the circuits (leave it to dry for at least 3 days and check for rests of water before connecting it back to your PC).

That looks so clean you could eat from it

Hello pihl001,
if your microphone creates a lot of noise, you could try tuning down the microphone boost in your audio input settings. If that does not help, you will have to refer to your vendor or our tech support for a replacement. Sorry for the inconvenience.

im having problems with my blue switch keyboard just got it today and the media keys and britness keys wont work for me can anyone help me id appreaite it alot
Hello and welcome to our forum. It might be that the Fn-key is defective, if you can't get either function to work. Do the "F#" keys work apart from the secondary functions?
This is a case for our tech support, please contact your local Thermaltake tech support for a replacement.
Sorry for the inconvenience.

My advice would be to blow out the dust with compressed air (either from a compressor, if you got access to one, or you can buy it in a can). Open the laptop for an even better result but make sure to fix the fans while you do.
This worked wonders with my laptop, got the GPU temperature from 95°C down to about 60°C under load.

I think I get it now. Unfortunately it is only possible to record (=save) macros while the Saphira software is the active window. However, you can edit the macros subsequently if you made a typo and it should not be necessary to record your macros in notepad.
-
Hello Ageko,
is it not possible to record any macros (as in: save macros to the software) or are they not executed unless the Saphira software is the active window? If it is the latter, have you tried switching through the profiles yet?
-
Hello Jeremy,
if the colour settings are saved in the Challenger software, try switching through the profiles with the key in the top right corner (with the three squares and the numbers 1, 2, 3). Let us know if something changes.
If not, please let us know what exactly you are trying to change and which Challenger you are using on which OS.

Hello matthewboogie,
sorry to hear, that is not the experience we are aiming to provide. Your local Thermaltake tech support should be able to hook you up with a new cable with ease. You can contact the support here. Please remember to state which cable is broken, the one for mobile use or to connect to your PC.

I too am having the same issue, "please plug-in gaming device to start the AP configuration" even after running as admin for both install and otherwise. Running Win 8.1 x64
Volos mouse,
Volos AP 1.1.2 (and tried with 1.0)
Tried different USB port.
Firmware upgrade utility recognises the mouse correctly, OSD works as well.
Please try the latest version of the firmware (2.0)

Hello ejsilk,
unfortunately this sounds like you will have to RMA the mouse. Sorry for the inconvenience.
To get a replacement, please either contact your vendor or get in touch with our customer support.

What do you look for when buying a phone case?
in LUXA2 General Discussion

I'm a bit clumsy so it should first and foremost protect my case against falling damage. The screen should be well protected against scratches cause I carry the phone in the pockets of my jeans and the case should offer protection against the "spiderman" (i.e. when your screen cracks and it looks like spiderman shot a web at your screen).
