  1. Hello Ghardyne,

I'd suggest to try cleaning the switches first. You can use water to clean it, just make sure not to connect the keyboard to the PC before you are 100% sure that all water is dried or you risk damaging the circuits (leave it to dry for at least 3 days and check for rests of water before connecting it back to your PC).

  2. im having problems with my blue switch keyboard just got it today and the media keys and britness keys wont work for me can anyone help me id appreaite it alot

Hello and welcome to our forum. It might be that the Fn-key is defective, if you can't get either function to work. Do the "F#" keys work apart from the secondary functions?

This is a case for our tech support, please contact your local Thermaltake tech support for a replacement.

    Sorry for the inconvenience.

  3. Hello there,

early this year i bought the Termaltake LEVEL 10 Headset, especialy because you can replace the Cable and switch sides what comes in realy handy some times...

unfortunately the cable broke and i have no replacement part..

Can you either send me a replacement cable or tell me where i can buy one ?

    thank you in advanced

    best regards

    Jonas

Hello Jonas and welcome to our community forum! Our tech support in all regions should have spare cables available. Please get in touch with our customer service.

  4. I think I get it now. Unfortunately it is only possible to record (=save) macros while the Saphira software is the active window. However, you can edit the macros subsequently if you made a typo and it should not be necessary to record your macros in notepad.

  5. Hello Jeremy,

if the colour settings are saved in the Challenger software, try switching through the profiles with the key in the top right corner (with the three squares and the numbers 1, 2, 3). Let us know if something changes.

If not, please let us know what exactly you are trying to change and which Challenger you are using on which OS.

  6. Hello matthewboogie,

sorry to hear, that is not the experience we are aiming to provide. Your local Thermaltake tech support should be able to hook you up with a new cable with ease. You can contact the support here. Please remember to state which cable is broken, the one for mobile use or to connect to your PC.

  7. I too am having the same issue, "please plug-in gaming device to start the AP configuration" even after running as admin for both install and otherwise.  Running Win 8.1 x64

    Volos mouse,

Volos AP 1.1.2 (and tried with 1.0)

    Tried different USB port.

Firmware upgrade utility recognises the mouse correctly, OSD works as well.

Please try the latest version of the firmware (2.0)
