Reo Posted May 15, 2015 Report Share Posted May 15, 2015 Hi members, After 2,5 years of intensive usage of this mouse the left-click button broke down as described in this thread. Since the mouse has slightly exceeded the warranty period I'm pretty frustrated as I'm not able to "open" the mouse to get to the bottom of the problem. Does anyone know how to open the mouse? truenorth403 Posted June 24, 2015 Report Share Posted June 24, 2015 The EXACT same thing happened to me over the same time period. I brought it in and it was deemed defective. They replaced my level 10m with the hybrid wireless version, however now I cannot install the software all I get is this message when I try and open the download "This file does not have a program associated with it for performing this action.
