Tt RGB Plus Software is straight up garbage.

I've had non stop issues with this software. So far I've dealt with:

- Instant crashing so it doesn't run at all.
- Not detecting an entire controller
- Only detecting 1 fan on a controller
- Lighting pattern getting out of sync after a while.

I know it's not due to an incorrect installation because for brief periods of time software actually does do what it's advertised to do. But you don't have to wait long for it to #### up again.

It just isn't worth my time to deal with this. I paid a premium for these fans for the RGB, but they just don't work.

I have the MSI X570 Tomahawk.

I don't think I'll be buying any thermaltake hardware again seeing how bad this experience has been.

I"ve had Thermaltake case, power supply, even mouse pad for years, but this has been so garbage I'm completely put off the brand.

Same mobo here, i used to love the brand and i'm pretty sure they will help us to fix it, we just have to be patient, i will wait 3 mores weeks and i still cant fix it i will send them back .. sad story if it end like that but i'm still hoppin
