SWAFAN 12 RGB - RGB setting resets after a short while/ application not recognising my controller.

TT RGB PLUS not applying changes and stops recognising my controller after a short while. It also does this when I open games or even browser. The only time it works for a few minutes is when i open it as administrator.
Any help/solutions? I just want my RGB lights all in one color all the time ._.
