My TT Thermaltake Riing Quad 12 Radiator fan TT premium edition is not getting recognized in the TT RGB Plus software, even thought I have controller connected and I reconnected a lot.

I spent 4 hours researching and trying to get my rgb fans connected to the software, but the software wouldn't recognize it. I need help I am getting mad that it's not getting recognized even thought I have connected it.

Could you locate the controller (LEDFanBox) in the 'Devices' section of Windows Settings? If not, there might be an issue with the daisy chain controller. Please provide details on how your controllers are connected in the chain.
