Blakeryan877
iv'e recently built a pc and i purchased the Floe Riing TT premium 240 water cooler and after booting up my pc and playing some games i realised that my cpu was getting to 100+ degrees. iv'e felt the pipes and my radiator and they're both cold. do i have a faulty water cooler or have i installed it wrong? ThermalMike
Hi, Reseat the pump, apply new paste and check your backplate to make sure your cooler is not "gapping" off the CPU where the cold plate is not getting proper contact. Sounds like it based on what you say, since the pipes and everything are cold. Is the pump making any noise at all? vibration when powered on? You got all the cables connected? double check. Honestly think it is a seating issue, make sure the hardware is on right for the socket type and all. Keep us posted.
