Bonku Posted December 3, 2019 Report Posted December 3, 2019 I still cant get my Neptune Elite RGB Blue to be recognised by my pc. I have tried downloading the latest software but it just says "PLEASE CONNECT TO THE CORRECT USB DEVICE" and i have unistall the software a number of times and im not sure what else to do if anyone can help i would greatly appreciate it thanks. :0 Quote

Cynaax Posted April 27, 2020 Report Posted April 27, 2020 Try reflashing the keyboard, should be in the program directory (normally installed under 'Program Files (x86)', there should be a folder called 'fw' or at least it's what it's called for my keyboard. Run that, click ok and wait and hopefully it should work, if not the support team better get into gear as this is bull crap. Hopefully that helps -Cynaax Quote
