I bought the Riing 12 RGB Premium Edition fans thinking you could set them to rainbow colors, not one color at a time cycling through but all rainbow colors spinning at once like TT shows on their videos for these fans.  What gives?  The software does not allow for that to happen at all.  How on earth are they displaying these fans to do this when they cannot?   I know the Plus do it, I've seen the software, I downloaded it thinking that's what I needed but of course it does not work.

Does anyone know how to make the fans do rainbow?  Is it even possible?  Newegg, Amazon, TT website, they all show these fans are able to do it yet they cannot?

I hate to think I need to return them and get the Plus, which aren't even available, come on TT, don't deceive your loyal customers like this!

I must say I am further disappointed with the fact that no one bothered to respond.  I will be returning these fans and buying the NZXT.  TT you've lost a really loyal customer here, I was even going to buy the View 31 but now I see how misleading you are, and how you have 0 inclination to satisfy your customers, I guess I'll take my business someplace else and encourage everyone I know to do the same.  Very very disgusted customer.  It's really sad to see more companies pop up that do not stand behind the products they make.  It's  not just about making a great product and putting it out there, it's about making sure your customers are satisfied with it as well, otherwise your reputation hurts and then eventually people will stay clear of your products.
