    For the Challenger Prime model (serial # KB-CHMMBBL), there's seems to be a FW issue on this keyboard so Left Shift + Left Ctrl + Down Arrow doesn't work. We are working on a FW fix file, please be patient. Sorry for the inconvenience. Thank you

    Hi, unfortunately that's how Macro keys work for this particular keyboard. I'm afraid there's no solution to this matter.     Hello Elliot Press scroll wheel and front side button to switch between 5 lighting effects (Static/Pulse/Spectrum Running/Snake Marquee/Wave/Reactive/Blink). Give it a try, any question, please let me know. Thank you

    Hi, Jenni, sorry for the late reply. There seems to be an error on the FW on this Challenger Prime V2 keyboard so "Shift + Ctrl + arrow down" results in nothing. We will update a newer FW in the near future to you. Thank you
