Hello, Where you have each fan, there is a mode option to select different modes, there are 3 sounds modes to choose from, just cycle through the list, you should see them there. Once you set it to this and say "Copy Color" for the rest, click save and all the lights should shut off, then once you play any media like from music or a game, the fans will react to the sound played, it is focused on the bass of the media being played for reference.

Hi, Best advice I can give you: 1. SUPER light coats will be required, if you block or apply to much material where it will cover the holes, it will be crap. 2. Several coats will be needed, again, the key is to not cover over the holes when apply your material. 3. Spray at a good distance, do not spray close, it will be too much to close. 4. Test spray before you apply to this to something else to understand how the material is coming out, make sure no clogs and the material comes out light, not spray chunks if you know what I mean. Good luck with the DIY, if you do light coats and let it dry it should be great, no need for clear and should still be flexible granted I would take better care for it than if it had nothing anyways.

Hello, Thanks for the video, something is going on there, I would just replace it with a new one, it happens. To give you some ideas though on the software: The warning that is shown is because you have a fan port activated that has nothing plugged in, so the software is telling you something is wrong and on which controller. All you have to do is turn off the ports like shown with port #3, where you have port 4/5 still active for the ones that are not connected. Then, since the pump has a light too, it will be one of these as well (floe 240 will have 2x fans + 1x pump) find out which one is your pump and click the blue arrow where it says "Riing Plus" at the top of the white window and change it to the pump. You should be good once you have it setup this way minus the issue with the physical pump it self. - The pump could just have a bubble or something "stuck" move the case around by tilting it while it is on if you can and see what happens. It has been a few days, so maybe you have a change with it after use if you have continued to use it. Let us know if you need any further support on this or help with setting up an RMA.

Hi, Sorry for the delay, no the PSU requires the USB to USB 2.0 header cable that should have been included with your PSU to connect to the motherboards. The PSU will need this in order to connect to the software. To the OP, you have to connect it via the USB 2.0 header cable included for it to function, you mentioned you connected into the front panel headers? Please check and let us know if you need any further help or contact our support to discuss.

Using Riing Plus Premium Fans with Gigabyte RGB Fusion
ThermalMike replied to Rawbomb's topic in Case Fan
Hi, You will need to purchase our SYNC controller if you want to integrate it with MB RGB. You also cannot use our software this way, you will remove the controller the fans came with and plug them into the SYNC controller which then has a cable to goto the motherboard. See more information and check your motherboards compatibility for the product here: (Please note the SYNC controller will only support +5V RGB LED headers, not +12V) http://www.thermaltakeusa.com/Cooler/Cooling_Accessory_/Fan_Controller_/C_00003143/TT_Sync_Controller_TT_Premium_Edition/design.htm As for the fans going out of SYNC on just the Thermaltake products, once you click save, it will reset and SYNC the LED mode, once you have it set and saved, do a shutdown and then boot up to test and confirm. -
Core P3 compatible with 280mm radiator + Vega 64 Liquid Cooled's radiator?
ThermalMike replied to eNRGy's topic in Chassis
Hi, First off, the email is - info@thermaltake.com you can see our global contact listing here - http://www.thermaltake.com/corporate.aspx?t=4 For the question, The Core P3 supports 120/140 fitments, so that 280 will mount, but the question is will the other AIO for the GPU fit on there as well. Unfortunately I cannot test that it will fit to guarantee it for you. Ideally, I would mount the 280 on the top part with the 120 on the bottom section of that right side so the tube can reach for the gpu as well. No 5.25 bays, it is open frame design, there is 2 3.5/2.5 drive mounts behind the MB for storage as well. -
Hi, Sounds like the fans are being under powered, maybe you can give us some details on how everything is all connected. Try setting up a best case scenario, have just 1 controller, make sure the power is connected to the PSU molex directly - no extensions or adapters. Try 1 fan to start and see what happens, move the fan into another port on the controller to see any difference. Do not use any fan controller or voltage controller like the CD rom drive type front panels as it will degrade. It could also just be defective, contact our support for details - https://thermaltakeusa.zendesk.com/hc/en-us

Hi, The housing is secured fine and the fans (Which we offer standalone) can be mounted in any direction, just like mounting a fan on a top mounted radiator. I have "popped" off the blades several times, it is secured on there. Of course if you have any concerns, you are welcome to contact our support for help. If it helps, I have had these fans and other models of riing fans mounting on top of the case without any issue for a few years now

Riing plus software not working after sleep mode
ThermalMike replied to nosnibor1986's topic in Case Fan
Hi, We have seen this issue with the newer chipset boards and have a solution for the delayed 5V power initialization. Basically a replacement power cable that includes a resistor to override the delay. Contact our support for more details, we are going forward with this new cable, just takes time to cycle it into the market. https://thermaltakeusa.zendesk.com/hc/en-us Call us or email so we can support. -
Riing TT Premium Edition RGB LED Fans - How to Videos
ThermalMike replied to ThermalMike's topic in Case Fan
Can you take a picture of the back of your controller? (Where the Dip switches are) You might need to swap out the controllers if the stock was older. Reason is AMD Ryzen was out AFTER we launched these products, we found they made a change to the IC on the motherboards for RYZEN where like everything before that was all the same IC, this is also including all of intel as well. My first thought is you need the updated controller and I see you are in the USA. Please contact us here ASAP and let them know what you got going on. Will probably just send you new controllers to replace and hopefully get you up 100% on it. https://thermaltakeusa.zendesk.com/hc/en-us -
Hello, It takes time depending on where you are for our support to get to you. As some have mentioned, they dont always contact you, just send the cable. Send another email soon and make sure you included all the details. - Thx ElexorienGR for the help

Hi, Ok so that is weird, I am not sure why the login is still not working for you. Thanks for confirm you can login to the website. The serial number is on the box and PSU, small white sticker with a long number/letters, but you should not ever have to enter the PSU serial, it is likley due to the software not supporting that newer model PSU and going to default mode. Is your OS older? when was the last time you did a fresh install?

Thanks for the help to check and reinstall. I have checked both the web and app and was able to login to both of them. If I type in my password wrong I get a message haha i forgot, too many >.< then I logged in to both without an issue. I know the app also flagged windows firewall, maybe you blocked it by mistake? check the settings? Can you login here no problem? - http://dps.thermaltake.com/en

Hello, Sorry for the missing item, our USA support is happy to help to get you the missing item. You will be required to provide proof of purchase. They might want to discuss with you a little about the package condition since the claim is for missing parts. https://thermaltakeusa.zendesk.com/hc/en-us -
Hi, The Lumi Plus LED strip pack include a controller with the strips and all that you need for it to be standalone or tied together with other TT Plus products. One thing to mention, when you are using more than 1 strip on the same port/line you will have to use the controller that comes with the LED strips for it to function. Other Plus products can plug into it and work just the same. There is a unique feature with the Lumi plus controller when linking multiple LED strips together so the animation "goes throughout" all the strips, so yea, please use the controller for the Lumi plus with the lumi plus strips. Side note, if you mobo supports +5V RGB LED header out, you can also plug them in there and control it with the MB software that is supported. Just make sure you dont put it to a +12V port or the strip will not like you

Can you mix Riing 12 and Riing 14 fans in the same case?
ThermalMike replied to GWydion_Wolf's topic in Case Fan
Hi, The fans included with the View 71 RGB are the analog ones, so no software control with them. If you want to go software, I suggest the Riing Plus fans. You would just want to swap out all the fans to plus so they match and then with the controllers, you can daisy chain them together all controlled together or separate with the software. We offer a variety of Riing Fan types, best to stick with them all the same type, but size does not matter 120/140/200mm all work the same. -

ThermalMike replied to ThermalMike's topic in Case Fan
At this time, the PWM curve is built into the software, there is no way to change the curve manually. We are working on some really cool updates to give users more control of their "Plus" so stay tuned for updates on our website -

Before purchase question: Can the Core G21 TG fit a CM Hyper 212 Evo?
ThermalMike replied to Lecso's topic in Chassis
Hi, Best I can say is when we enter the info, we try to give a little buffer and we always account for stand off and motherboard placement in the measurement. What is the exact height of the cooler from cold plate to the top? Will see if we can mock a case and take a look.- 4 replies
