  8. Hawksy, Can you give us some more details? What OS are you using? How is the keyboard connected? What region is this keyboard? USA? Have you got any progress since your post?
  9. Themadtux, The RGB fan controller has a "Play/Pause" feature, when in the 256 color cycle mode the colors will slowly cycle through the color spectrum and all you need to do is press "pause" to lock the color and stop the cycle. The color will stay there until you press the "Play/Pause" button again. The controller has memory built in to store what selection you had so every time you reboot, it will stay at that same color you selected originally. Even if you take it out and put it in another system, should stay at the same color that it was "Paused" at. I would not recommend connecting anything else to the fan controller except for the RGB fans that come with the controller. I would just recommend to get a fan controller like our Commander FX or FP depending on the fan and purpose you want to use them for: http://www.thermaltakeusa.com/Cooler/Cooling_Accessory_/Others/C_00002391/Commander_FX_10_Port_Fan_Hub/design.htm http://www.thermaltakeusa.com/Cooler/Cooling_Accessory_/Controller_Panel/C_00002702/Commander_FP_10_Port_Hub_for_PWM_Fans/design.htm
  10. Hi, Please help me to verify, as I dont fully understand your reply. The fans do not work with direct connection to the PSU using a molex adapter? "the Riing's have been tested with direct connect to the power supply (molex to fan cable, tests good with other fans)." I would suggest to check that fan hub and replace the fans in this case. Connection to Mobo does same thing?
  11. How do you have the fans connected to the system, through motherboard or direct to PSU? What happens if you connect the fan directly to the motherboards pin header?
  12. Almeida, Thank you for the email, I am working with our support in your region to see what we can do to support. I already requested a contact to you.
  13. Hello Killuminati, Thanks for bringing this up, we are working on the new case and we should have more information around CES time. (Early January) Keep an eye on our social channels for more information

  17. Hello SF1, Sorry to hear about your situation, the fan that was sent might have been the wrong model for the Core V71. The fan part number is the same for the motor/size, but for the V71, it has a special fan to support the LED function and others on the case. Please send me an email - mike.fierheller@thermaltakeusa.com Let me know your contact info and email you used when you requested the original fan replacement (Attach the email if you can in your reply) We can help to replace the fans/controller for you under warranty.
  18. Hello Joshuah, the keyboard has a "lock" function built in. Try to press "Function (FN) + F11" this will lock and unlock the keyboard. The mouse has no lock feature, so I think it may be defective. Keep us posted.
  19. I believe that mobo has 2 USB headers on it, try the other port and check? You might want to contact Corsair and see if there is a updated software version you can get to see if that resolves it for you. Good Luck!
  20. Hello, Welcome to the Tt Community! I would recommend using 1 fan in the rear and a couple in the top to your preference. Good luck with the build! Here is the Fan supported Configuration for the Core V21: http://www.thermaltakeusa.com/Chassis/Cube_Case_/Core/C_00002559/Core_V21/design.htm
  21. For the last touches I wanted to make sure I thanked my sponsors for their support. I had the logos all traced out on my wife’s machine “which I never used before lol” and cut out the logos on some black vinyl to apply to the chassis side window. Here is how it came out on the window
  22. I love to paint and the right color is very important to me. To get a good color mixture of the Mayhems Aurora 2 Silver, I was looking to match the candy tangerine just right with a mix of Orange and Red dyes to get a nice colored coolant to complement the candy paint job. Mayhems helped out for the project with a series of dyes and coolants. Looks to me like this color will do, we will get it added into the system and I will have final photos with the coolant soon. A while back I found some vintage “Sunkist” bottles online, so I picked one up and filled/capped it off with some freshly squeezed Mayhems Aurora 2 Tangerine Red.
