  1. Hi, Sorry for the delay, I looked into this... The Chaser MK-I has a very similar panel to the V71 like you mention, but the chassis holes are different. For purchasing the panel, we do not carry this part online, but you can call our support and they can check to see if we have QTY available and work out a price for you. I am not 100% sure it will fit, if you want me to test fit it, call our support and we can check for you. Support info in my Signature
  2. Shadowjump, Thank you for the information, we will look into this and try to recreate the issue. I sent you a PM to get more information on your products that will help us with the testing. Keep me posted if anything changes.
  3. zelfx09, Confirmed, the TPX-875M is Haswell Ready.
  4. Shadowjump, Welcome to the Tt Community! Just to check, you got the correct software for the right PSU model? (DPS vs DPS G) Have you tried reinstalling the software to see if it corrects itself? keep us posted.
  5. No problem. You are looking about 1 1/2 in from the top.
  6. Zelfx09, Welcome to the Tt Community! We recently updated some of the XT Series PSU to show support for Haswell. Let me confirm on the 875W and I will let you know. Thanks for the question!
  7. Next shipment is coming in for USA mid June. Once they are received we will update the store
  8. Chokai, Welcome to the Tt Community! You can get more information about the Core V31 here: http://www.thermaltakeusa.com/Chassis/Mid_Tower_/Core/C_00002469/Core_V31_/design.htm Check the Design/Specifications tabs for details. The H100i should be no problem, check the Radiator Support Diagram:

    Core v71

You can mount 2x 12cm fans on the bottom. The holes on the bottom should fit for 12cm fan, just need to find right place. Depending on the fan, you will need screws (Most fans include screws) to use to mount them. Link us to the fan you are using, it will help. You have the screws?

    Core v71

Namikaze, Welcome to the Tt Community! The Core V71 has several options for Fans in 12/14/20cm sizes. To make this easy, please reference here: http://www.thermaltakeusa.com/Chassis/Full_Tower_/Core/C_00002231/Core_V71/design.htm - On the page is full diagrams for both AIR and H2O cooling options. - At the bottom is a comparison Chart to show options across Core V Family Series. For Fan installation: Case: Use Corse thread screws (Included with Fan pre-installed or with Fan purchased separately) Radiator: Use M3 screw with appropriate length (Screws normally included with Radiator or Fan purchased separately) Let us know if you have any questions!
  12. Have you tried disconnect reconnect? Also you could have had a bad install, have you tried reinstall of the software and reboot? keep us posted and confirm which Theron Mouse you are using so we can try and recreate.
  13. Strafed, Send me an email with what exact part (Link please) of what item you are looking for and your contact information. I will see what we can do to support. Currently, if your location is not listed in the drop down, we do not have shipping options for that area. Stay tuned as well, we have something in the works!
  14. Doing this too! getting an upgrade to GTX 9 Series to run our VGA blocks.. Just gotta pay for everything haha!
  15. No worries! Also from what I see, just about every PSU on the market is this way. It is a standard for most to require connection of the 24-pin in order to function.
  16. wcrm, Welcome to the Tt Community! If you want to use an axillary PSU, you need to jumper the 24-pin to turn the PSU on to get output. Thermaltake has a Dual 24-pin adapter: http://www.amazon.com/THERMALTAKE-AC-005-CNONAN-P1-24pin-Adapter-Cable/dp/B00Q2SWKAW There are other methods to do this, just be safe!
  17. Keep us posted on your testing, if there is a faulty part, we can look into warranty option for you, just call our USA support number. I dont expect this to be heat related, it is not common from what I see, but let us know. Good intake and exhaust is a must for everything
  18. DravenDx88, Welcome to the Tt community. Sorry to hear about your Challenger keyboard, have you tried connecting it in another port? You not using any hubs or adapters/converters or anything right? I figure it has been in the same place working for years, but if something has changed recently let us know and it might help. You can also give us a call or email, we can help discuss with you over the phone today. Email: ttsupport@thermaltakeusa.com Toll Free: 1-800-988-1088 M-F 9:00AM~5:30PM (P.S.T)
  19. Kyuui, Welcome to the Tt Community and thanks for posting up your question! Does the drive work when it is not in the case at all not using any of the trays from the case? Take the drive out, plug in the SATA directly from the mobo to drive and the power from the PSU to drive, you still have the same issue? The tray adapter is just a passthrough, should not be much of an issue, if we need to we can check into warranty to swap that part if needed.
