This software(version 1.2.103) didn't solve the issue of can't find the fan problem, the error message h_0x0001 remain the same. I use AMD VEGA ˊ64.

    Hi,

For the VEGA 64 GPU, we found a change compare to other cards and have tested the beta solution this week. It should be ready soon and I hope in the next update that is coming out around end of next week.

The issue we noticed was with the way the card functions compared to other AMD cards and NVIDIA GPU. The system would crash when using this card, the test version we tried does not. Once it is released will try to update and if you get it and test, please help to update when you can :)

So I understand that if I leave controller 2 on profile one, and then go to controller 1 and make my effects settings and hit save, it is supposed to make controller 2 match. This works.

Is there a way to make controllers always follow whatever is going on on controller 1? For instance, if I have a second profile on controller 1 with my fans where I set them to PWM and temperature color effect, I would like controller 2 (with my lumi plus LED strips) to switch to temperature color effect as well.

Also, I noticed this with the initial 1.2 version; what is the RGB button that is to the right of the menu to cycle through controllers?

Hi, if you want multiple controllers to do the same thing, those controllers need to be on the same profile. When you switch the profile on say Controller #1 you have to swap the profile on the other controllers as well. We are working on more profile options to make this easier and thanks for the feedback on this.

  3. Hi,

Which fans exactly do you have? Got the part number to confirm?

You can only connect that "type" of fan into the controller it includes except for the Riing PLUS products, which support other solutions than just fans.

Standard Riing Fans are only 1 color option or the Riing fans (analog) that have the push button controller will not work with any of the digital fans that support the software.

For the fan that the LED does not stay on, I will bet you just need to increase the RPM on that header in the bios.

Remember for LED fans, they will require more power, if the setting is too low, the LED will drop as well with the standard Riing fans, you just need to set a higher value for Min/Max settings on it or have it at least match the other header that is working fine. Still not working, then I would swap ports with the good/bad and see if issue follow or stays the same to confirm if the fan may be defective and go from there.

  4. Hi,

Do you have any addressable LED strips that you could directly connect the MB header?

Try to bypass the controller and see if the LED issue is doing the same thing, if so call ASUS.

If you dont have one or whatever, you can always swap it out under warranty if you think it might be defective.

If you set the LED mode in the ASUS Aurora software to like simple solid color option, do you still get this flicker?

PWM control should not effect the LED control, another thing to also try is swap to the TT controller that came with and see if everything is good there.

  5. HI All,

PS. TWINKLE is still twerked atm, it is on the list to get fixed soon.

  6. Hello,

If you are having issues after updating with the software, please uninstall, delete the folder where the software is located and do a fresh install.

Version 1.2.0 is on our website now, we are working on some updates as well already from feedback, so keep eye out for next update.

  7. Tack is correct, if you want them to be different, assign the controllers accordingly to what you want for the profiles if you do not want them to all be the same.

You also do not have to use "Copy Color" for fans 2-5 either, make them all the something different, just understand if all the controllers are on profile 1, it will all be the same as profile #1.

As far as it crashing on you, maybe some details like system specs and software version would help us to help you :)

Contact our support if you need additional help.

  8. Hi,

Thanks for the interest, no schedule yet for USA, I would expect it around Q4 this year if no delays.

No pricing will be given out till closer to launch day and will likely be on ttpremium.com first :)

  9. Hi,

The software includes an OFF LED option to turn the fans off like if you wanted to watch a movie or just dont have all the lights going.

Use the profiles to setup what works best for you.

Check this video out for a overview of the Riing Plus and Software to help get you setup:

  10. Hi,

A video to show what you are seeing would really help, especially with me only speaking English to help.

You cannot use the TT RGB Plus software when using the TT SYNC Controller because it is a Hub to link with ASUS Aurora and others.

I have used a few different ASUS boards, have not seen this issue.

Some details from your side can help us:

     - System Specs

     - Fans you are using specifically

     - ASUS Motherboard Model

It would be nice to have the ability to export/import profiles seems like every update I end up forgetting to copy my profiles in app data. It would be nice to just to have it built in system for exporting and importing profiles.

Also on the subject of profiles can we get more of them 5. It is very limiting when you have 3 controllers and plans to add a 4th. The reason I say this whether its my strips, fans or pump I don't really have them all doing the same thing or on the same profile. So with that it takes up 3 profiles and if I want to change it up I end up having to change one of the existing profiles I planned to use again.

On a side note when messing with voice commands. The "Hello TT" can sometimes be impossible to do. 90% of the time it thinks I said "Hello Titi" It would be nice if you can just select those modes on a list.

Other then that so far the new modes are a nice improvement. But would love more sound modes ;).

Working on this for the next push which will be later this year, great suggestion and thanks for the feedback.

One thing to mention, when you set it up the way you want and you move to a updated version it should still keep your settings.

I for one, with events, want a import/export option for all my system demos to make it easy to setup multiple systems.

It might come out earlier for testing and community feedback, so just keep checking for new updates as they come out.

Thank's Mike, thank's for ruining my dreams and hopes. Absolutely devastated haha

You can always go big with the Core P7, its kind of like that in a way, HUGE XD

  15. Hi,

This was custom made, not something TT ever sold.

Basically a expanded, modified Core P5 (Feet included haha)

I am not sure on the details for how the interior or modifications where done exactly.

It has been awesome to see all the mods with this type of case style and if you plan to take up a new concept yourself, we at TT look forward to it :D

  16. Hi,

Seen issues with doing HDMI audio pass through, you have to disable the HDMI audio and switch it over.

Glad it is working, sorry its not working for everything through...

You might have to play around with your audio settings to get it to work properly.

Too many variables to really help on a forum, if anything comes up give us an update to help narrow it down.

  17. Hi,

Thanks for the idea and feedback!

Today's market for what I see, people get the case that is going to fit where they are going to put it, then build around that case.

You got different people, that like different things, some will want the case for the looks over function and the other will want function over looks :)

  18. Hello,

First the easy way, can you try reinstall the sound card drivers?

Once updated, make sure all the default sounds are set to Realtek Sound and then reboot PC and launch TT RGB Plus.

Let us know if you have same issue.

Also, if the speakers are turned off or unplugged from the MB that will also show this message until you connect the device to the port you set as default.

I purchased a 1000w Seagate SS1000XP Platinum power supply to go in my Thermaltake X71 case, but it was not tall enough to fit the screw holes.

Can anyone recommend a power supply that would fit the X71 case?

    Hi,

You dont need to purchase a Thermaltake PSU as it is not exclusive for the case.

The Case has feet mounts that stick to the case where the PSU goes. Adding the 4 feet where the PSU will sit should work.

If the PSU does not directly sit on the case floor for example when mounted, it is no issue either just to mention.

The mounts I am referring to come with the case, not the PSU.
