Hi there,
 
I have the Challenger Pro keyboard, running a Windows 10 PC. I am however unable to configure the keyboard using the Challenger Pro software. When I open the software, the error message received states 'Please plug-in gaming device to start the preset configuration' (image attached).
 
Greatly appreciate help on this please. Thank you.

I have two HDD's installed to my Versa N21 case, and have a third HDD I want to install; however, the case only came with two sleds, and I can't find where to buy a third sled for this case anywhere. Any help?

It was actually a lot more.. but yes it did sell out rather quickly.

I've looked in the forums for someone with the same problem, but couldn't find any. Basically whenever I try to use the wave effect, I can only apply the color red to a new layer. I selected the other colors I wanted to use in the color control area, but no matter which color I have selected, whenever I click on the keys to set which color it is, it makes it red. I even tried making the whole Color Control spectrum bar with stops all white or some other color and it's still stuck on applying red. Any fix to this?

Can someone please help me with a software issue?  This is the 2nd thermaltake keyboard and mouse combo I have tried and I can't get the software to work.  It acts like it downloaded but I can't open it.  I can't get the macros and other keys to work without it.  Any thoughts/ideas/fixes would be greatly appreciated.

Is there a way to isolate the WASD keys on the Posiedon Z keyboard?  I think I was misled about its capabilities by a salesperson at a Microcenter store, because I specifically requested this feature and this salesperson adamantly asserted that this keyboard had this capability.  He even said that the software download for this keyboard but there is only a PDF to download.   Do profiles that other TTes keyboards have provide this capability?  I looked at the specs for this keyboard on this site and in the Profiles row of the specs it stated "N/A".  I could not find any mention on the TteS website of any capability to alter the key functions of this keyboard.    I am not a avid gamer, but when I do play it really annoys me to hit the wrong key when playing FPS games and wanted some way to turn off the surrounding keys.  I do not do any fancy key moves so I do not care for a capability to hit several keys simultaneously.

Topic1:
As per the warranty policy there's 2 years of warranty for Tte Sports mouse, keyboard and headset but UCC (Sole distributor of Thermaltake products in Bangladesh) denied a 2 years warranty on these products. They will provide only 1 year local warranty and if I want to get 2 then i have to purchase the additional year as international warranty (when asked whether I can purchase it by them, they said they don't know anything regarding it). They didn't even say anything regarding their own version of 1 year warranty policy when I bought the products.
 
Now my question is am I supposed to get a 2 years of warranty on these products?? if yes then what I can do if UCC denies it on my face??
 
Topic2:
I have been using Thermaltake Shock 3D 7.1 headset for an year. I am using it on windows 10 64 bit and I always had to use the driver version 1.0.1 cause version 2.0.0 never supported. Whenever I tried version 2 a dialogue box appears right after the installation which says "Can't find any device". now after the latest update of windows 10 (winver 1607) the old version is not working anymore. I can't use the surround sound and enhanced bass effect from the driver though the headset is working just fine.

What should I do?? How can I use version 2.0.0  ??
