  2. I've been having some issues with my Riing Trio fans when they're connected to Razer Synapse. My setup is 6 Riing Trios and 2 controllers, 3 on each controller. The issue is when I'm playing a game that uses Razer connect (where Razer controls the lighting based on the game being played i.e Apex Legends) After a short time the fans will switch to default color losing all connection with Razer. I am then unable to change any profile on the fans until I restart my PC, then everything will function normally until it decides to bug out again. I originally experienced this issue with Co

  4. Basically the setup I have is 4 x 120mm riing fans and 2 controllers. Each controller has 2 riing fans plugged into it. The controllers are then plugged into 2 separate 4-pin chassis fan connectors on the motherboard (Asus Gene VIII). I boot up and set the fans to a specific colour via the controllers, but next time I boot ,the LED's don't turn on. I have to manually go and set them again. I have made sure all my connections are OK, tried a CMOS reset, updated the BIOS, uninstalled all of the bundled Asus software, yet it still won't behave as expected. So I'm not sure if its an issue with
  5. Although my Level 20 RGB Extended Gaming Mouse Pad does light up when connected to my motherboard's I/O USB port, I am unable to control the lighting via TT iTake Engine. The TT iTake Engine is unable to detect it. Please see the attached screenshots of the issue.

  7. Hey everyone, Just got my new Tt Esports Neros RGB Optical gaming mouse in the mail. Just plugged it in and after attempting to change the colour I could not figure out how to do so. Could someone please inform me how I can change the colour of the mouse as clicking the scroll button as it said has done nothing. Is there a program I need to download to do so? This would be much appreciated Thank you.
  8. I have recently bought the V200 TG RGB case which comes with 3 RGB and 1 non-RGB 120mm fans, and I would like to be able to control the fans speed. The included controller has no way of doing this, but my motherboard has spare fan connectors, and I wanted to know if there was any way I could control the fan speed with my motherboard. I have a MSI B450 Gaming Plus MB.

  10. Hello, Just finished building my AMD system in my new TT View 51 case. The issue is after wiring the front panel switches into my Aorus x570 pro wifi board. When I press the reset button on the front panel to switch from the default rainbow color on my case fans, my machine reboots. I have tried short pressing, long pressing 3 seconds indicated in instructions, and trying different placements of the H.D.D Led pin ( currently located in the Hard Drive Activity LED location). All to no avail. Can anyone please help, the directions are a little vague. Thanks, MT

  13. So i spend $100+ on the Riing Plus RGB premium edition just to find out the software is a pain to use, no fan curve, no GPU temp and the modes are not drop down menus so you have to cycle through everything to find your favourite ones. But those are luxury options, WHICH I EXPECTED ON A PREMIUM PRODUCT, but it doesn't bother me that much. But every time my PC wake up from sleep, the RGB fans basically reset to their default lighting mode and becomes unresponsive to the software changes. WHAT. To make the software and RGB fans in sync again, you need to close to software and restart i
  14. Hello, We have a wonderful keyboard with original Cherry Mx switches. Thermaltake is a premium company selling excellent quality pc peripherals from long time, hence expectations from them is at par with their competitors, however at the same I found Premium X1 keyboards software is way too weak and buggy compared to competitors like Corsair and Razer's solution. I did not found any way to layer multiple RGB effects with this software and make cool custom lightning profiles. Thermaltake please advise if any possibility / hope of adding this multi layer effects capability with new software up
  15. Thermaltake this is to you, and I am sure I am not alone in this ask. Please make the software for your fan controllers have a fan curve. I am tired of my PC spooling up and sounding like its going to fly off my desk when my PC briefly hits 60 degrees. I know that there are options to adjust the fan speed in conjunction with the PWM setting but, I don't want to have to create 3 different profiles just for cooling scenarios. I feel that you got so caught up on the RGB portion of the fan you forgot what its main function is...to cool my PC components. I feel that the profiles should be for RGB e

  19. Hello everyone, I've just finished my latest project of fixing the old Thermaltake Riing RGB Fans, because I was quite unsatisfied with them out of the box, not remembering the color settings. So I have decided to create an software controlled solution for them using basic components, which were quite cheap. If you want to see how it looks, check out this Video, where I have started and stopped the controlling software, loading the settings from the config file: YouTube Video Note: I am not responsible for breaking any of your parts if you try to rebuild this neither for guranteeing its

  21. Good Time of the day everyone! I would like to share my own experience of connecting Riing RGB fans together in 1 controller. This guide will divide in two parts: One of them is how to connect 4 fans in 1 controller, using only your hands and pin extractor (or any thin tools like needle). Second part will be about connecting up to 6 fans using same tools as in first case plus 4-pin Molex cable and electric tape (or shrinking tube or soldering iron + tape). A little Preface: Why I decided to divide in two parts? The answer is very simple. MB in most cases provides 12V @1Amp. Usuall
  22. Hi I am new here. Using Windows 10 - all software updated. Have purchased 3x12inch and 3x14inch Riing Trio Rgb fans. I have two problems: 1. Upon installation the Tt RGB Plus software keeps throwing up a error message "warning controller 1", or "2" or "3". It does it intermittently. I have uninstalled usimg revo pro uninstaller and reinstalled, but same problem comes up. 2. The middle fan on both sets of fans does not show the right colours on the centre rgb ring (see photo). This happens on various software settings including 'static' and 'temp'. Given it is
