I tried the thermaltake reddit page and was directed to try my luck here, so here I am. I submitted a service request on the 14th of January, for my psu that failed, but have yet to hear anything Any help would be appreciated! T138204 is my request# It seems very bleak as all I've seen and heard are other users who've waited for months and haven't heard back from thermaltake. Thanks! Quote
