I've been sending e-mails about a problem with my power supply about abnormal voltages, No one reply to my e-mails, Does anyone know how to get help from Thermaltake. Their support seems to be Horrible.

I bought this on amazon, and I leave abroad so no chance to return it.

Any help will be appreciated.

I will be traveling to US on april i think i will buy other brand of Power Suppy and for sure I will never buy Thermaltake products again. It's sad, I boght them my Case, Fans, AIO and Power Suppy, but consediring this experience, This brand can not be trusted. I guess i will swich to corsair..

Apologize for the issues, our USA support covers all of South America as well, so I would appreciate some more information.

You can also email me mike.fierheller@thermaltakeusa.com, forward me the ticket number he created when contacting us from the link provided.

Help me with:

1. Ticket number or email from our support

2. The Reciept/proof of purchase for the Power Supply

3. Your shipping information  - IF you registered on our support site, we should already have it.

4. Please do not reply on the forums, PM/Email me and I can help.
