Wow. What a joke. Still the same issue in July 2025 that was reported in Aug 2023. And no updates since, seeing as the prod release is still 3.3.2. Even deleting that lib only took me one step further, but the software still never opened after I was prompted to allow it through the firewall. Looks like TT RGB PLUS relies on DPS for all of the power monitoring functionality too. Maybe because the efficiency is constantly flicking back and forth from 50% to 85% despite being a Titanium PSU... Anyway, SO GLAD that the TT RGB PLUS software has the functionality to turn the PSU fan off, cuz it is soooooo noisy and abnoxious. It sits at 850RPM otherwise and it sounds awful. At least under mild load it doesn't even tick up a degree so the fan stays off. Big regret buying this PSU even at half price...

Hello, I just got this Thermaltake Grand Toughpower 750w from a friend. And he lost all the cables except one SATA power cable during his home shifting time. Here is the picture of the power supply - Official website link - https://www.thermaltake.com/toughpower-grand-750w-fully-modular.html Now I need to make copy of all the cables. But for that, I need the configuration for the 24 pin atx first. It is impossible to do it without opening the power supply but it has warranty. Please help me. Thanks in advance Iori

I’ve been using the Thermaltake gaming desk for a few weeks now, and honestly, it’s completely transformed my setup. The stability, cable management, and overall design make it perfect for both casual gaming and more immersive experiences like racing or simulation. One thing I particularly love is how it supports ultra-wide monitors and accessories without any wobble—even during intense gameplay sessions. I recently started playing a driving simulation game that’s been getting a lot of attention lately. It’s called CPM2, and it’s not just your typical parking game—it’s a full open-world driving simulator. The level of detail, vehicle control, and multiplayer interaction makes it incredibly engaging, especially when paired with a solid gaming desk like this one.I genuinely think anyone into realistic driving games should consider this desk—it makes a big difference in immersion and comfort.

I am missing a PCIE cable from my TT tough power gf1 850/750-watt power supply. I am not sure whether I had misplaced it or whether it never came with one, however I am in need of a the extra PCIe cable for my 6750xt. I have created a ticket but have gotten no response, how do I get a replacement/extra for this model?
-
I have made a ticket a while ago with no answer, I have a TT tough power gf1 850/50nwatt power supply with only 1 pcie cable. I was wondering how to get an extra/replacement pcie cable

Is there a back plane I can get for the removable hot-swappable 3 1/2 inch drive caddies on the thermaltake AX700 super tower?

Hiiiii!!!!!! I have about 5000 dollars I’m super excited to share that I’m finally starting my first custom PC build, and I’ve chosen Thermaltake components to be at the heart of it! I've always admired the clean designs, powerful cooling solutions, and overall build quality from Thermaltake, so this feels like the right place to be. I want this to be a clean white-themed build with lots of RGB, good airflow, and decent thermals for both gaming and light video editing. This will be my first time working with a vertical open-frame case, so I’d love some advice from anyone who’s built in the Core P3 before Thanksss ❤️

Hi Thermaltake Community, I’m using the Toughpower SFX 850W ATX 3.0 PSU and need a longer 24‑pin ATX cable to connect to my motherboard (TUF Gaming). The current one is too short due to my case layout. Are there longer replacement cables that are sold individually can annyone please advise what product I should purchase? Thank you!

Hello! My computer has the following specs: CPU: 9800x3D GPU: 5090 from Asus Astral RAM: G.Skill Trident Z5 Royal Neo [F5-8000J3848H16GX2-TR5NS] 32 GB (works on Expo I profile) Motherboard: x870e from Asus Hero Power supply: Thermaltake Toughpower TF3 1550W Case: LIAN LI O11 Dynamic EVO RGB Water cooling: LIAN LI GALAHAD II LCD SL-INF 360 The problem lies in this: before the 5090, I had a 4080 Super and there were no such problems with it. I bought a 5090, deleted the old drivers via DDU and installed the latest drivers from the official NVIDIA site. I tested the build for stress tests in AIDA64, OCCT, it showed no errors (with normal temperatures) anywhere, everything works fine. But when playing Last of us Part I for a long time (more than 40 minutes), the power supply starts activating turbo mode at intervals. I mean, that it has a button that allows him to be forcibly summoned, and then I hear this increased fan noise. But here I don't press the button and it randomly blows for 1-2 seconds (one time in 1-2 min), then it also works. Then after a while it's like that again. It's not that it ####me off, how much I worry about the computer. I don't see this in idle time, and it wasn't the case in stress tests either, for some reason it was in the game. Thank you in advance for your help.

NOT the scratch-prone acrylic window one. The ventilated one with the magnetic dust filter. I want a third to REPLACE the acrylic window. To buy one though apparently I need the part number. And while the one for the window is easy to find, the one that is actually useful is not.

so, im wondering if anyone knows where i can get an accurate set of measurements for the motherboard mounting board in this tower, i have a nice al(most)l white build and id like to print up some inserts to cover some of these holes... but measuring up all this can be tedious so before I do I'm wondering if anyone is aware of a resource that I could use that has these numbers listed already. any information would be appreciated! TIA also, wow this forum is badly infested with adbots.

Glad to be part of the club! The Toughpower DPS G RGB is a beast—solid performance and those customizable RGB lights really add flair to any build. Love the software monitoring, too—great for keeping tabs on temps and efficiency. Anyone else paired it with a tempered glass case? The lighting looks incredible through it! -

No RPM signal detected from TH420 Ultra ARGB Sync fans
blakeblossom replied to RayBull's topic in Liquid Cooler
First, ensure the PWM fans are connected correctly, either using the first fan in the chain for RPM reporting or a dedicated splitter instead of full daisy-chaining. Since TT RGB PLUS software often struggles with fan detection, try controlling the fans directly through your BIOS by connecting them to CHA FAN headers set to PWM mode and CPU-based curves while keeping the pump on CPU FAN. -
Escalate this matter to the support directly and they'll be able to assist you.
