  1. Another thing just to mention, we are checking the stock here to since you brought it up to see if we find any issues. I have personally build a few demo systems now with this and have not had that issue. Going back to say our older Water 3.0 products, we see this when the tube is stretch/twisted to much causing this kind of leak. I would also suggest if you are seeing "More leaking" stop using it ASAP. Not worth it causing any damage to other components. Amazon should be one of the fastest ways to get it replaced. Keep us posted on this. We can always RMA it for you and test the replacement if needed.
  2. Hi, The product offers a 3 year warranty. Yes it is sealed at the factory and should be sealed. Did you pull on the tubes when doing the installation? Take care on the next one just to be sure.
  3. Hi, Pic looks normal to me, wrap it in a paper towel and see if it really is leaking, you should know pretty quick with general use. For the pump noise, this is common early on, once it settles (Bubbles going through the pump) it should be fine. You will know more in a few days what is going on. Keep us posted
  4. Hi, Ohh I thought you had the case locked in. If you are looking for a new case, try to go with a mid tower that can support a 360mm AIO, will go a long way for you in cooling over the 240mm. If you wanted any recommendation, check out the View 31
  5. Hi, It is designed to give you options and that is what it offers. This case does support the use of mounting the PSU in the bottom chamber and the 24-pin is not much to worry about unlike the EPS cable for the MB. For this we included an extension EPS cable in the box with the case just for this reason. With the option to hide the PSU completely and the cables, nice modded extensions really give this case a nice clean look. I dont think it is that big of an issue, I take it you dont have the case to tell and I understand. Also good to check your PSU cable lengths when planning on a chamber design case of this size, cable lengths do vary. Thanks for the feedback.
  6. Hi, Welcome to the forums! Personally, I want to ask, have you thought about diving into a AIO cooling option? Better clearance and performance for the most part. From the design of that case you have, a 240mm AIO should fit nicely on the top. Here is an example: http://ttpremium.com/product/floe-riing-rgb-240-tt-premium-edition/
  7. Hi, Nice Build in progress, What exactly do you want to monitor in the loops? Temps? Flow rate?

Hi, This is a global forum, I am from the USA and we do have options to quote for spare parts. Unfortunately I cannot confirm what others regions offer, your best bet is to contact our support in your region for options. http://www.thermaltake.com/corporate.aspx?t=4
  9. Hello, Do not plug any Riing fans into anything except the fan controller it comes with. Call us, we can send out a replacement controller to you pretty quick. (USA/Canada) 800.988.1088 Let me know if you have any issues. Tell them you working with me on the forums
  10. Also, if you want to get a little modding going on, line up where you want your cables to pass-through and just cut some custom channels for pass-throughs to get some really clean cable lines. Details are always fun to work out, hard to set this up by default so you would have to take the panel out. Just an idea XD
  11. Hi, If using the PSU in the bottom chamber, it will not reach to the point of what you would like and I would suggest getting some extensions for both looks and the length so you can have much better cable management for a build with this chassis. That is what I did on the couple I have made so far
  12. Hi, Thanks for the video, hard to see some stuff, but I think I have an idea. 1. Confirm which part is plugged into what port on the controller. (You should know which one is for the pump 1-5) 2. When you select it on fan and it goes red, that means you are selecting something that is not what it is. Confirm where everything is plugged in will help I think. You can unplug the pump to play with just the fans, takes a little to understand how it works, we have videos on youtube 3. Once you have it setup, you can copy color the LED features and for the fan speeds you just need to set PWM on/off and what mode you want it to be in. If the software continues to do this, uninstall it and reinstall and check your connections. Keep us posted or contact our support in your region for assistance.
  13. Right on! Don't forget to try the mobile app to, we got more features coming in future updates, stay tubed!
  14. Hi Mental, thanks for the feedback and nice job on the rework, I can see you planned that out pretty well. It is not an issue with the controller exactly, it is more with what IC that was used on the new AMD boards that we could not have planned for as they ended up different from previous gen products. This was also changed not just from intel, but AMD's previous line as well. To resolve this compatibility change, we have a replacement controller specifically for AMD to solve this issue. Please contact our support in your region for details on how to get a replacement. The new controller should solve the issue and function properly.
  15. Hi, Thanks for letting us know your feedback, can you help with some pictures and the model of the motherboard you have exactly? This one has the backplate on it correct? Right at the bottom since the MB is turned in the case? The MB tray and bottom tray are flush against the case correct not like offset or something? I built a threadripper system a while back using asus zenith extreme and did not have this issue: Give us some details and we can take a look.
  16. Hi, When you are using the link cable between the 2 controllers, you need to set the dip switch on one of them (Since you have 2 only) Does not matter what controller number, 1/2 is what I would do, but it does not matter just to mention. This should clear up the syncing as I am betting both controllers are setup as #1 and the software is confused. In regards to the USB headers, the connector gives you 2 cables out, you can alternatively connect 1 controller to each as well (This way it only takes up 1 USB header off the MB) If you have both controllers set to profile 1 then they will both be the same always. If you want each controller to do do separate speeds/PWM settings, just set each controller to separate profiles. Let us know if you need anything else we can assist with.
  17. Hi, Make sure you have your audio drivers installed, it sounds weird, but the software does detect for audio and on a new build it could be something you have not got to. If you got everything installed (Device manager) and all good, it could be a defective controller. Call our support to go over details and if needed will swap out just the controller for you. 18. Hi, Welcome and thanks for posting your question! 1. The View 71 will support AIO configurations on the Top/Side mounts, standard tube length for AIO will not work when mounting to the front only. 2. On the backside, (Behind the motherboard) there is a spot for 2 SSD or 1 HDD. If you are planning to build a new system, highly suggest to look at M.2 drives and then use the back mount for your data drive. Yes, with the radiator mounted on the side the plates do cover the radiator air flow, if you only use 1 plate for drives, I do not see it effecting you that much for cooling due to the gap between the rad/frame/hdd plate, we planned for that to give some space. From the builds I have done I have not seen this as a issue. Alternatively, there is a lot of room, mounting the 3.5 behind the MB and for SSD's you got room to do a custom mount on the back or even use dbl sided tape to slap an SSD somewhere else that works for you. Hope this helps, let us know or just call our support if you need any additional support. 800.988.1088 (USA/Canada)
  19. Hi, How is the fan on the PSU doing? is it not working or working ok? Are you running the PSU in Smart fan mode? meaning the fan will stop completely and only turn on when needed? Try: 1. Turn the Smart fan feature off, this will force the fan to be on 100% of the time. 2. Uninstall and reinstall the latest version of the DPS G app from our website www.thermaltake.com 3. If the fan error continues, it could be an issue with the fan (Thankfully found due to the software) and I would suggest to contact us for replacement options under warranty: http://www.thermaltake.com/corporate.aspx?t=4
  20. Hi, Sorry for missing this, (Sent you a PM as well). You do not have any control without the software, please install the software and setup your settings and then just save it and forget it. For the PWM control, you enable it in the software and either use Performance or Silent mode with or without your PWM control enabled. (PWM is separate function) If you are having issues with the software connection or something else, please let us know or call our support 800.988.1088
  21. Hi, You can private message (PM) tony directly. Sent you message as well
  22. Hi, In regards to flow 2, check to make sure the tube is not tweaked where the insert is hitting the walls, low pump speed can cause this, but only like at 1-2 setting. Normally for CPU cooling I set to at least 3 and go higher when using a GPU. From the looks of the picture, try adjusting the tube to straighten it out a little and see if the floe insert starts moving again. I dont know how it has been working for you in the past, but I do not think bubbles are the issue here. You should not be seeing bubbles "come back" after a few days or you may be running your coolant to low in the reservoir. (Level above the downstem tube inside), also helps prevent vortexing in the pump which can cause bubbles as well. I do not suggest to regulate the voltage off the molex, you should not need to adjust your pump speed once it is set for the system.
  23. Hello, Sorry for the issues with the cooler, glad to see you are already working with our support. Normally this is not something you see much, but nothing is a guarantee, we also work with Astek on the cooling, which is imo, the best in the industry. Thermaltake offers a 3 year warranty on the product. We do not offer in our warranty, coolant damage or physical damage to other manufacture parts. We do cover our products which you will see is the same for everyone when it comes to this. Yes, the AIO bracket would be needed for the Core P5 to mount properly, if you do not have the case already, I would suggest the Core P3 TG as a nice alternative with it's native AIO mounting. Call our support if you need anything further 800.988.1088

  25. Hi, For our Riing Sync feature, it only applies to the Riing Plus products including our AIO/DIY LCS and PSU with Riing Plus fans. These product can be sync'd together with the Riing Sync Software. You can still control the fans and PSU lighting separately, it is just not exact due to the limitation of the product. We are working on more stuff to SYNC together for the future as well as we move forward with the product lines.
