  1. Hi, My replies to your questions below: Where in the case would be best to fit the 120mm Water 3.0 radiator? Keeping in mind that i also want to have my air cooled EVGA GTX970 running as cool as can be. For a single 120mm I would suggest to mount it on the back rear fan section, very common for this type of application. Dont worry to much about your GPU, ambient temps should not be fine with this configurations Are there any top vent dust filters that i can buy specifically for this case? We offer the Matrix D12 and D14 single filters with magnetic edge - http://www.thermaltakeusa.com/accessory.aspx When are Thermaltake going to do away with the 1990-esque Riing controller and introduce software controlled fans via the usb header? (The H15 just doesnt have the space for the current system, also removing the covers to change fan speed and such is ridiculous!. But they look cool, so i will let that slide for now... Haha i love to see this feedback! Stay tuned!
  2. Hi, the grommets on the other models are the wider type, I have not seen grommets from other products that fit this size. I dont have the measurements exactly, you just need to measure top/bottom and side/side of the cut out. The hole snagged your cable.. oh man sorry to hear, make sure there is nothing like a burr and sand it carefully to avoid future damage.
  3. Hello, The molex connection on the V71 is a female, so you would connect your molex power connection from your PSU directly to it. Double check and send a pic if you can if you need anything else -Mike
  4. Hello JMak00, Welcome to the Tt Community! On the Core V31, on the bottom 2 slots come with grommets. I dont have a grommet that will fit the side holes as this is a cost down options for this model. We do not have a V31 owners club thread yet, if you want to start one... go for it
  5. Sorry for that, I have been working with a couple different people on this. Please see this thread and email me: http://community.thermaltake.com/index.php?/topic/43213-attn-users-with-core-p5-using-the-riser-cable/
  6. Hello, Who did you contact? Are you in the USA? Are you talking about RMA for the P5 riser cable or something else? thanks!
  7. That's awesome! Will have some more D5 options coming later this year, also take a look at our new PR22-D5 that came out recently with the screw on type design for the res. http://ttpremium.com/product/pacific-pr22-d5-w-silent-kit-reservoirpump-combo/
  8. Nice Build! If you want to upgrade to RGB fans, they only support up to 3 fans per controller (right now). We are working on some options to help users with extending the fan capacity for more. Stay tuned, will have more information available later.
  9. Hello, Thanks for the pictures to show. You would need to remove the optical drive, which I see you still have installed if you want to add a 360 on the top. The Core V71 is not directly designed for fitment of the radiator on the top section, only fans (Unless you want to modify the frame) For the picture of you showing the radiator pushed all the way to the back side, you would need to move it up front (Toward window panel) for it to fit. I dont really understand from the pictures why the radiator will not move more forward, give some details please so we can try and help. I have personally worked with the V71 and enjoy the chassis very much. Here is a picture of my V71 with the Radiator mounted in the top section. (I had to modify the frame for the ports to fit)
  10. Hello Justin, Welcome to the Tt Community! The Versa H25 front panel is just pressed in with fork mounts to snap in place. All you need to do is pull on the front panel (From the bottom) and it should pop off. Go slow it should not take much for it to be removed. You can then add/change your fans out and reattach the panel. let me know if you need anything else
  11. NICE Build! That PT60S fits in there perfectly!
  12. Hi Nova, Yes, there is no dedicated holes for rad mounts on the bottom. The perforated holes should work out for placement to fit the screw through to mount. You can also adjust that PSU bar as well if you need more clearance.
  13. Hello, BinaryLife, Welcome to the TT Community! Have you checked to see if the Fan header setting in the bios? Are you doing any smart fan control or have the setting set on low? Try to max it out and see what happens. The fan controller included with the RGB does store the settings internally, once you "pause" the color or select a solid color, it should save it forever. Should not be resetting after boot, sounds like a bad controller, but since you have 2 with same issue, i suspect something else might be going on? For the fans, make sure that at least 1 fan is connected into the fan header on the controller with the white dot on it for both. This one is required when using less than 3 fans, let us know.
