I had to click it twice and wait for the mouse to work, the right click doesn't right click, i binded mouse 5 to right click and it works,

And i binded mouse 2 to nothing and tried clicking it, and still freezes the cursor,

RudyWriltet reacted to Andrei Z in Where do I buy PCI cables ?
Alright, just bought a new vid card andrealised that my power supply does not have another cable for the PCI-E. My power supply does have 2 other 6 pin ports that should support another PCI-E cable and probably another for Molex or other, but I do not own any of them. Where to look for, so that I won't bust my power supply, or what alternatives do I have ?

    Hello !

I'm kinda new to computers and everything, but I had a question :
I own a pc case with a 230mm side panel fan. I really don't like the color, and I wish to change it.
    I've found this one :
    https://store.thermaltakeusa.com/inside03.php?a=1514
Would it work if I plugged it my power supply ? Would I be able to change the colors, and if yes, how ? and what colors would be available ?
    Thanks a lot !

Sorry for asking again, but does anybody know anything about this fan ?

RudyWriltet reacted to gba2006 in BLACK Element: How to disable OSD?
I have the Black Element mouse, which I have the latest software for, and have used the double clicking fix for. Currently, whenever I use the forward and backwards buttons on the mouse, a red symbol will appear at the bottom of my screen. This will cause some fullscreen games to minimize, and I was wondering how to disable it.

I also have the Theron, which has the option to disable OSD by right-clicking on the icon in the quick launch bar.

Hello all, I'm hoping you guys can help me track down a problem with my L10.  I've had the case for a while now but have had continual issues with my HD dropping out from windows  (7, 64)  Here is what I've done so far:

I removed the power array cable to see if that would help, it didn't.
Replaced the sata cable three times, no luck.
Relocated, swapped trays, and even replaced the drive itself, still no joy.

At this point I'm thinking its either the physical connector between the cable and the trays or  a heat issue. I'm not super technical with hooking up the fans to the MB so I'm not sure how or, if I can speed up, the front fan.  By chance can I order/replace the connectors from the tray to the arrays?

I'd really be bummed if I have to replace the case as I had some fun and had it professionally pin striped!

I'm trying to decide on an enclosure or docking station for my new 4tb WD RED HDD but am not sure if the "Thermaltake Max 5G Active Cooling HDD enclosure" will support it. Even though it says on the Amazon description that it only supports up to 3tb, this review in the link below says that "unofficially" this device will support a 4tb drive. (http://www.amazon.com/gp/customer-reviews/R1V2MXP5Q5HFXV/ref=cm_cr_pr_rvw_ttl?ie=UTF8&ASIN=B004G8QETI) So I just wanted to check in here to see if any of you folk have any insight for me...

Also if I decide to go the Docking Station route, any good recommendations for a good quality built HDD protector case?
The ones I've come across have many complaints about flimsy covers breaking off.

RudyWriltet reacted to NTA in Fans alternating wildly...
I've had a thermaltake Water 3.0 Extreme for just under a year, now, and it's been working perfectly for my AMD FX 8350, until I tried to use their included Fan Control software to create a custom speedcurve. I tried to alter the curve slightly so that the fans would go to 100% if my CPU reach 50 because it's designed to reach a maximum of 60 or so degrees.

Now the fans will only ever run at maximum speed (2000rpm) or idle at 1000rpm.
-I can change their behavior slightly - when I switch to the "extreme" profile in the software, they seem to run at 100% all the time.
-If I switch to "manual" (but factory default, so normal), they only run at 100% whenever my CPU reaches 35 C, and then drop back down to 1000rpm.
-If I switch to the "silent" profile, the fans stay at idle - presumably until my CPU gets really hot, but I'm unwilling to test that.

I've tried restarting my system, resetting my bios, re-installing the software, checking the connections...
I did send them a tech support request a few hours ago (at the time I didn't know these forums existed), but I have no way to update them on my slightly new information.

Initially I'd had my 8350 overclocked to 4.6GHz (stable for nearly a year), but while trying to fix this issue, I reset the bios, but that didn't help, outside of making a pattern visible.

-Here's a screenshot of the problem with the overclock (with notes):
    http://puu.sh/h7Npx/854d680655.jpg

-Here's a screenshot while running at stock voltages (this CPU is under load the entire time in this one):
    http://puu.sh/h7YU3/9b158b1321.png

It's as if the program forgot how to increase the speed gradually, making the fans run at "idle" or "max", and there's a threshold at certain temperatures, though the only one I've been able to observe is the one at 35 C under the normal profile.

So basically my computer is usable - if I sacrifice the overclock I've had for months and am willing to deal with the computer alternating between silent and extremely loud ever few seconds. And yes, it's my only computer.

    Thanks for the help!

(Running Windows 7, and open hardware monitor to monitor temps - normally)
(Actually, the fans would only jump up to full speed if the CPU ever got to 35C. So I'd only have to deal with the constant alternating when working on a project or playing a game. If I was simply browsing or letting the computer idle, the fans would ramp up less often.)
