  2. Hello Ghardyne, I'd suggest to try cleaning the switches first. You can use water to clean it, just make sure not to connect the keyboard to the PC before you are 100% sure that all water is dried or you risk damaging the circuits (leave it to dry for at least 3 days and check for rests of water before connecting it back to your PC).

  7. Hello pihl001, if your microphone creates a lot of noise, you could try tuning down the microphone boost in your audio input settings. If that does not help, you will have to refer to your vendor or our tech support for a replacement. Sorry for the inconvenience.

  9. Hello and welcome to our forum. It might be that the Fn-key is defective, if you can't get either function to work. Do the "F#" keys work apart from the secondary functions? This is a case for our tech support, please contact your local Thermaltake tech support for a replacement. Sorry for the inconvenience.

  12. My advice would be to blow out the dust with compressed air (either from a compressor, if you got access to one, or you can buy it in a can). Open the laptop for an even better result but make sure to fix the fans while you do. This worked wonders with my laptop, got the GPU temperature from 95°C down to about 60°C under load.
  13. I think I get it now. Unfortunately it is only possible to record (=save) macros while the Saphira software is the active window. However, you can edit the macros subsequently if you made a typo and it should not be necessary to record your macros in notepad.
  14. Hello Ageko, is it not possible to record any macros (as in: save macros to the software) or are they not executed unless the Saphira software is the active window? If it is the latter, have you tried switching through the profiles yet?

Hello Jeremy, if the colour settings are saved in the Challenger software, try switching through the profiles with the key in the top right corner (with the three squares and the numbers 1, 2, 3). Let us know if something changes. If not, please let us know what exactly you are trying to change and which Challenger you are using on which OS.

  19. Hello James, have you tried a different USB port yet? Does the PC recognise the key inputs and it's just the software that does not recognise the keyboard?

If you are getting the error message "Please plug-in a gaming device to start the AP configuration", please try the following: - Download this tool: http://www.ttesportsworld.de/files/Tt%20eSPORTS%20Black%20Gaming%20Mouse%20Crack%20Tool.zip - Run the programm as administrator (right click, run as administrator) - Click "RESET" - Reboot your system The issue should now be resolved. Note: This tool is only for the Black mouse.
