What the title says is that fan compatible with the case ?
I want another blue 200 mm fan on top of it for exaust, but thats really the only 200 mm fan from thermaltake that is blue, but i checked the thermal take fan compatibility list and it shows that the Luna 200 mm not support 200 mm fans only 120 mm is this true ?
 
If so what fan do i need for the second top exaust fan in 200 mm in blue.
 
Thermaltake please respons, or any other v71 user with 2 top 200 mm fans.
 
Because i get my case tommorow and i already orderd the fan with it.

Hi everyone. 
Its time for a new project. And this time, no more scratch build.     This will be my first tower mod. Hope everything goes well.   
I saw the trailer of deadpool movie and its a comedy action which i like. So for this build, i thought of making deadpool as the theme.
 
First of all, I would like to say thanks to Thermaltake for giving me such opportunity to mod a Suppressor F51 no window (which i choose).
I forgot to take photos of the case when it is still in "one piece" coz, I'll be honest, I was so excited to mod the case.     The case it self has lots of potential. Lots of space for custom LCS, sound absorbing material, well lets just say that it is a "feature rich" tower case. I just created my account and update me. I done so a small presentation.

Just received my gaming mouse from amazon and i was very excited to get a high end mouse. i hooked it up and went online to get the up to date drivers and everything was fine until i updated firmware and now my mouse won't move unless it's about half an inch off my desk AND it is super slow and jittery (could be jittery because it's in my hand half an inch off the ground but i hold it still and it jitters across screen) It seems like the mouse is locked, but i switched the button on the bottom to unlocked. any ideas?? EVERYTHING worked fine until firmware update :-(
 
EDIT: Tried it on different computers, same way. It needs to be like half an inch off the surface to move. It wasnt like that before the firmware update. :-( do i have to RMA it or is there a way to fix the firmware as the mouse still works it just doesnt move unless it's a tad off the surface. Can't they force a "working" firmware update?

I have bought yesterday the V71 piece of art and I am very satisfied with the level of customizability and the ease of how you can personalize it, BUT...
 
I have an issue with the fan controller. It doesn't work. I tried to find some explanations for this problem, I triple checked the connections to the motherboard but I can't figure out what is wrong. Everything else works: the reset button, the power button, USB slots, but those fan control buttons.
 
The workaround for the fans to work is to connect them directly to the MB, but I want to have the full experience with this Chassis.

Recently ordered a Tt Challenger Pro from Amazon for my build, popped it out the box all excited and whatnot, and plugged in the USB only to have it not register with my computer in any of the USB ports. Initially thought it was an issue on my end and tried plugging in other USB devices (headphones, mouse). They registered immediately, so I know it isn't that. However, for the keyboard, no pop-ups or bells dinged, informing me that the item is unrecognized or anything, just silence and a lovely--albeit now rendered useless--keyboard.

Would greatly appreciate support/tech getting back to me on the matter in a timely fashion.

 

I own a Poseidon Z Blue switch keyboard and I have a chattering 'r' key. Does anyone know how to fix this or fix keyboard chattering generally?

The Keyboard drivers and software are compatible with Windows 10?

I just bought a Suppressor F51 this week and I'm tweaking with the fan configurations.  I was curious if anyone else has toyed around with this case and if anyone had any tips.  Here is my general set up...
 
Bottom: 2x 120 mm Corsair SP 120 (intake)
Front: Suppressor stock 200 mm (intake)
Back: Cool Master CPU radiator + 2x 120 mm fans (intake)
Top: Suppressor stock 140 mm (exhaust)
 
I'm waiting on three more 140 mm fans, two for the top as exhaust and one on the side as intake.
 
My overall goal is to push hot air up through the top and draw cool air in from the front, bottom, and back across my radiator and system.
 
Haven't done a lot of toying with case fan configurations, so would love any advice.

I am not sure if Thermaltake sells these or where I can get one but I have managed to completely fan filter all of the vents on my computer case with the exception of a large hole in the front of my case that is about 200mm in size. A 200mm fan filter would work perfectly for this spot. Is there a 200mm case fan filter? Thanks for help.

Hi guys, after ordering the V21 I was on the hunt for a fan controller/lcd media display for the front bay. as its a desktop pc, I thought it would make sense to incorporate an lcd display ( the dremel is coming out, I am gonna use that 5.25 inch hole on the case to mount a 5.25 inch LCD, so the front panel will need to be cut, unless you guys release a new front panel with a 5.25 inch bay and mounting kit ) like the iMon VDF, the Antec Veris or even Thermaltakes own MediaLab, (all those rely on custom media software ) however, on trying to track down these bay expansions, it seems that both iMON and the MediaLab are both discontinued,  and the Antec was very expensive and stock also shaky, years ago these expansions were very popular, but now it seems, not, it would be ace to see a unit incorporate both media and cooling, like the nMEDIAPC PRO LCD series, which are only $35-$40, although they are not fan controllers, just temp and fan speed read outs, and I am sure the reason most of all the other LCD media bays were discontinued was because of the software, no one wanted to use it, however, the idea of a front panel lcd display that shows all your system information has well as media information really appeals, and I am sure if ThermalTake came back into this market, it would be something really special, being able to incorporate your cooling knowledge into the product, imagine a unit like the nMEDIAPC lcd, but it also has a remote control like the MEDIALAD (A simple RF board) and a basic 4 fan controller built in, which you could control with the remote, now that would be something, for the moment, hopefully I can track down a UK supplier for nMEDIAPC and its very rare front panel LCD displays. (theres no way one of those cheap aero touch controllers is going near my V21)

I've been trying for 2 days to get this working.  The promise of 'OS should find and installed the USB Docking Station automatically.' is not being fulfilled.  I've made sure that all SATA connections are turned on in the BIOS, but it never sees the drive, either in the BIOS, nor in windows after it starts.  The only help offered by the 'manual' is to go to http://www.thermaltakeusa.com/Suport_faq.aspx, which is not there.  If anyone has figured this out I could use your help,  a computer wiz I am not.

I was wondering if it is possible that anyone knows of to get the Riing series 120mm LED RED case fans with red sleeved cable sleeving or not. Thanks for any help.

I need a new keyboard (it has to be wireless for many reasons), I don't actually game a lot I'll be using it mostly for programming with only some minor gaming.

The above talks about one of the Meka G-Unit keyboards saying it's one of the best wireless mechanical keyboards but the reseller they link isn't one I'm inclined to go through for multiple reasons. When reading about the G-Unit keyboards on the ttesports product page it's unclear to me if all of the g-unit series are wireless or just some or even any of them.
 
Yes, I know it says "detachable usb cable" one of my friends is adamant that that means it is wireless (I'm not convinced); for all I know that could be for replacing the cable or travelling.
 
Basically can anyone confirm which (if any) of the g-unit series keyboards are wireless?

Greetings . Im having a problem with buying a new cable that i lost from my thermaltake cronos combat white and i really hope for you to give me advice where to get a new one . The cable that is mini usb \ 2x mini jack . Im living in Moscow and i'm more than tired of searching for it in shops and unless you can advice me where to get one i really hope for your company to support me with one by mail (if its possible) . I have a really long game expirience starting from diggers and ninja gaiden on Nes and finishing with starcraft diablo and wow endgame untill Wotlk and its hard for me nowadays to speak without microphone online through laptop . The worst idia for me is to buy new headphones or to buy same haeadphones from thermaltake just because i have no cable and i like your company so much that i wouldnt like to change my choise . Would be extriemly glad if you could help me to solve that problem . Thanks / Craysid .

All of a sudden, cursor does not move at all. All others works fine, buttons, scroll, lights.
I have tried to connect this mouse to other computer but cursor still does not move in other system.
What can I do to fix it? Pls help.

I just bought the challenger prime and whenever I press the email button, MS Outlook opens.  How can I change the button to open Thunderbird instead?
 
Thunderbird is already set as the default email program in my control panel in Windows 10
