Here is some general information for steps on how to contact our support here in the USA and setup an RMA for your Thermaltake product if you feel it maybe defective.

Thermaltake USA Provides (2) Methods to process your RMA:

 

Option (1) Select "Advance Service" if you wish to do a "Cross-shipment"

              - Personal Credit Card Required

              - Allows Replacement Product to be shipped first

              - Requires Return of Original Product within 45 Days from Delivery

 

Option (2) Select "Next" to continue with a Standard RMA

              - Receive RMA number and Shipping Instructions

              - Ship product to Thermaltake USA (Without Accessories)

       

Please make sure to write your eRMA number clearly on the outside of the package

 

For any questions on this process please contact us first before shipping in any product for warranty.

Hey!

I've just installed the Pacific W4, the problem I have is that the RGB lightning ain't working. Since I've installed the CPU-block it's only displaying a wage blue color. Its currently installed to the motherboard CPU-FAN header on my (ASUS Z170 MAXIMUS VIII FORMULA) I've also tried installing it to the controller that came with the W4 but with out any other outcome.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

You first send me a NON -Refurished brand new unit.  Then I will send you the defective unit.  I will not provide my CC info until then.  Since this is the third defecitve PWS,  I think you should give me the benefit of any doubt as to my claim.

Has anyone ever received a smart 500w power supply without any atx 12v 4 pin connectors?? Because I'm fairly certain I just did. Is there anywhere I can speak live to a person??

I'm trying to get a replacement g21 left side glass, how do I go about doing that?  It seems no one picks up the phone when I tried calling and even left message.  Email is a joke, as they only seem to respond to the first message than you never hear from them again.  This is poor customer service and in the future I will not consider Thermaltake for this soul reason alone.

This company is horrible, and they don't care about their customers. I have thousands of dollars in their equipment and needed 2 additional 2 port reservoir tops to finish a show piece build, and they told me I had to buy the whole reservoirs, 2 of them and to be clear they didn't sponsor these builds I've paid for every single thing but I'm taking it all out donating it and putting another brand in that's unacceptable . They wonder why people think they are a joke.

R140948: 19in Laptop Cooler - Defective warranty replacement sent

No one is responding to my emails, chat or phone calls about defective warranty replacement and receipt of my defective unit back to thermaltake hasn't been updated in the RMA status.
