I will not provide my CC info until then. Since this is the third defecitve PWS, I think you should give me the benefit of any doubt as to my claim. Quote
LarryLants Posted September 19, 2017 Report Posted September 19, 2017 Hey! I've just installed the Pacific W4, the problem I have is that the RGB lightning ain't working. Since I've installed the CPU-block it's only displaying a wage blue color. Its currently installed to the motherboard CPU-FAN header on my (ASUS Z170 MAXIMUS VIII FORMULA) I've also tried installing it to the controller that came with the W4 but with out any other outcome. Idea Posted February 1, 2020 Report Posted February 1, 2020 I'm trying to get a replacement g21 left side glass, how do I go about doing that? It seems no one picks up the phone when I tried calling and even left message. Email is a joke, as they only seem to respond to the first message than you never hear from them again. This is poor customer service and in the future I will not consider Thermaltake for this soul reason alone. Quote

I have thousands of dollars in their equipment and needed 2 additional 2 port reservoir tops to finish a show piece build, and they told me I had to buy the whole reservoirs, 2 of them and to be clear they didn't sponsor these builds I've paid for every single thing but I'm taking it all out donating it and putting another brand in that's unacceptable . They wonder why people think they are a joke. Quote
