You need adapter cable and PCI-e controller card with type A female for inside of chassis. This two items can be found on Amazon.
Adapter cable: B000V6WD8A & controller card: B002RL8V7E

You can purchase a USB 2.0 internal 5 pin male (single row) to USB type A male adapter cable for Water 3.0 Extreme. Then connect it to outside/rear USB port. Or get a USB 2.0 controller card with 9 pin internal header.
