I bought a new Volos a few months ago and right from the start it has had this annoying intermittent issue where a button click won't register that I have lifted my finger off so, the mouse still thinks I'm holding the button down when I'm not.
 
So in FPS games if shoot a gun it will keep firing on its own. Or if I right click to aim it will stay in aim mode.
 
Clicking the "stuck button" again then fixes the problem which makes it hard to reproduce the problem on demand.
 
It doesn't happen with any one specific button, I have had it happen with left click/right click and even with the scroll bar. It happens once every few hundred clicks.
 
Firmware is updated to latest.
 
I took it back to the store I bought from but they claim they can't reproduce the problem after three days of testing. I have personally tested it on two separate computers and have had it happen on both.
 
Anyone seen this before? Not sure how I can convince the store the problem really exists if they don't test it extensively enough.

Hello!
I'm using my good old Armor+ and want to give it a few tweaks before making it the new home of my next hardware upgrade.
Now I got a few questions:
 
1. All sources I can find state there is a 230mm fan in my side panel. I measured it and the diameter of the fan is 200mm. The diagonal distance between the screw holes is around 220mm. I bought the case pretty early when it hit the german market. Do I have an early revision of the case or something like that or is all the information I find (including official Thermaltake) wrong?
 
2. This fan on the side panel is pretty noisy. On the old german support forums (discontinued) I read from official Thermaltake support that the noise is in fact not really from the fan it self, but from the holes in the side panel behind the fan and that they are working on the issue. Unfortunately i did not find any more on that topic. I have turned it down with my fan control but it remains the loudest fan in the system. Since the problem seems to be the side panel I hesitate to get a new fan only to have the same issue. Does anyone have any more information on that for me?
 
3. (not very important) Back when the case was released it was not yet established on the market to color the interior of cases with windows. Since that improves the aesthetics drastically and I am otherwise very pleased with my case I want to give the complete interior new colors. Therefore i need to dismantle the case as far as possible. Is there maybe any documentation I that can help me find out what I can take apart and how I do that?

Hey guys, working on a new build project.  This will be my son's case, and it's something I've wanted to do for him for a while now.   He is into Minecraft quite a bit, but he also likes Star Wars.  So when I discovered that there was a Star Wars mod for Minecraft, I knew I had found the perfect theme for his new case.  So I'll be building a Minecraft droid named R2M1, using a Thermaltake Core X1.

As you can see it's very basic, so it shouldn't be too difficult to transform the Core X1 into a droid.  I went into Sketchup and whipped up a quick 3d model..
 

 
i'm hoping this will be a fairly quick build, but you know how that goes.  With my luck, my son will be into some other game by the time I finish and I'll have to build him a new case!  ;-)

Hi, i recently just bought my Challenger Prime and started programming macros and keys and all that stuff. But then i noticed if you change stuff 3 times the software will just say please wait... because its changing but it never finishes and i end up closing it with task manager. So when i start it up again i try to change one thing after that i cannot do it because then it will say please wait... again... So i uninstalled it and re installed it then it works... for 3 more times... Dunno if this is a bug or something but i don't know how to fix it. Can someone please help me? Thanks! I have just bought the Level 10 M gaming mouse and I have this small problem and hoping theres something I am missing.
 
I would like my side buttons just to be mouse button number and not have a differnet function, currently mouse button 4 and 5 default to forward and back, I would like this just to be registered as just mouse buton 4 and 5 without the "makro" is there a way to do this? my old mouse i could assign either no function or a bind a key press to that button but i cannot work out how to do this on the level 10 M gaming mouse AP.
 
Also when trying to configer some side buttons i get the warning please set one key as "Left Button" or you can' t save the profile. when i do have left button assignd.

Quite a few months back I bought a Tte laser mouse and had trouble with the mouse exiting the game back to windows even with the mouse button set to BUTTON OFF in the software. I used the contact form on the Tte website about 4 times over the last three months, and have not a received a single reply from Tte.
Is it normal for them to ignore customers and treat them with contempt? Does anybody have a direct email address for their support team? I'm at the point where I feel like returning the mouse and NEVER buying Tte or Thermaltake ever again! (Just like Thrifty Car rental and Seagate - two other companies who treated me with comtempt).

Just like everyone else on this forum, the software will not install for me! I tried literally everything to try and get the software for the Tt Esports Challenger Prime keyboard to work! I tried every single download 15 times, not one works! I double click the Setup.exe and nothing happens. I'm running Windows 8.1. I can see a lot of other people are also having the same problem with the software for this keyboard. Can you please make it like the Challenger GO's software? Where there is only one executable you have to click and it actually works? I really want to use these Macro and Profile keys but I'm unable to do that without the software. PLEASE HELP!!!

Hi,
I bought the Theron gaming mouse on May 8th.
 
On June 5th, the sensor stopped working while the other buttons continued to work. I saw other people had some issues with firmware but after trying all the suggestions and trying the mouse on other computers, I am sure it is a hardware issue.
 
When I turned on the computer again the next day, the mouse magically started working with no issues for the entire day. Now today, the mouse has stopped working again with the buttons functioning normally.
 
I sent in an email to support through the website on the 5th but have not yet received a reply yet. I also just moved and cannot find my original receipt..
 
I was wondering if anyone else had these issues and how long it takes for customer service to reply.

I Do like the cubes as a space saver.
But my desk is coming close to being replaced
Now I have Notice a few companies looking into the Computer Desk type set up an was wonder if Thermaltake have any future developments in this category.

Ok, so this is my first build im doing a complete log for. i hope you all enjoy. this is a steam punk themed mod to the thermaltake v9 black edition case.
 
 
 
Ok so to start with ive stripped the case, and sprayed the chassis in a copper/brass base paint. note i will be removing the drive bays for extra water cooling rad in the front.
 

 

 

 
once i had the basic colour on the chassis i moved onto plastic parts that would not be covered in the wrap i had chosen. also an other parts that would be required off the case for basic ideas if needed. (Note alot off these parts are now no longer going to be used.

looks a bit plain yeah? ok so next was to age it up a bit.. steam punk is a heavily olden appearance aged copper and brasses and woods... so i used black paints and on some copper parts and cerulean wash to age it up a bit...
 

 

 

 
so now we have our plastics and extra parts painted now the wrap

so with that all done i took one look at the original grilles as realised they wont do at all... they look too modern... so.... i made my own... so i made these ones out of metal flyscreen bent into shape over the originals these first ones arent neat as i was rushing, a new single peice one will be made in the near future.
 

 
now a test assembily here is why i decided to not go with any optical drives... it looks hideous.... 
 

 

 

 

 

 

 
now that you have all seen the progress thus far here is a list of the changes that will be made...
 
1. side window panel is going to be cut so it is only the outside edge to hide the chassis frame so will virtually be and open side.
2. as above the optical bays will be deleted for more watercooling gear to be installed.
 
3. front grille will be re done as 1 commplete piece.
 
id love to know what you all think. and yes as yet no mention of internals... i have a few ideas knocking around but remember this whole project is fully funded so subject to change based on cheaper and better parts become availble. i will post my ideal list later but most of it is wishful thinking especially with an impending wedding, and my partner and i have a daughter.. so funds are limited.

I am new to the forum.
 
I received an Amor Revor Snow case today.
 
I however noticed only two Fans are connected to the Controller ie the Front and Top Fans.
 
There is no extra connector to connect the Side Fan, and the rear Fan.
I also noticed that the Side Fan and rear Fan are a two wire Fans while the others are not.
 
I would like to connect these Fans to the controller.
Will they respond to speed control?
Will they run at the same speed as the other fans?
 
Is this normal for this Chassis?
All the reviews I read point to the fact that the 4 fans are connected to the speed controller
and can be speed controlled.
