I recently bought a TT eSports Black V2 mouse, I downloaded the GUI software from main website and tried installing the software (This step works), In my taskbar I can see the "Black V2 Monitor" however double clicking it doesn't do anything, (I think it should fire up BlackV2.exe). So I tried starting BlackV2.exe and it still doesn't do anything, tried running it in different compability mode's and still no kick.
 
The mouse works great however its just that the GUI doesn't work. I tried installing the GUI for SmartMouse and this one opened and said 'Please plug in the device' or something similair.
 
Does anybody else experience same issues on Windows 8.1 x64?
 
Also I noticed that in Windows Event viewer it logs an Application Crash for BlackV2.exe (However no data that said specifically whats wrong).
 
If that information could be helpful for anybody solving the problem than I would be glad to give it.

I just bought a the RL240 WC kit aobout 2 weeks ago, and the pump is leaking at the base. I submitted support requests via http://my.thermaltake.com/csTech.aspxbut have not gotten any response - not even auto-generated mails (the kind that inform you "a new request has been created, here is your support request number ...." etc). Does the support site send these mails when a request is submitted?
 
Also, i am in Japan - i selected Japan as the country when submitting. I just want to confirm that the Japan support team will receive the submitted requests. (i dont want to have to send the pump to the US for servicing or replacement... )

I cannot change the color of my Challenger Prime keyboard to purple.  It doesn't work by the function keys on the keyboard or by using the Thermaltake software on the Advanced tab.  I can change to blue or red and when the cycle should change it to purple it stays red.  I've only had this keyboard for 3 days.  The first 2 days I had it, purple worked fine.  I've tried doing the reset in the Thermaltake software and that did not help.  Rebooting the computer did not help either.  Please advise.

I love my new V71 case and I've just finished building my X99 PC.
 
Question 1: I noticed one of the USB 3.0 options on the top of the case does not work, the one behind it does and so do the two USB 2.0s. Have I done something incorrectly?
 
Question 2: Is there a way to turn the LED lights OFF by default when the PC starts up?
 
Question 3: I added one more fan to the top of the case (the case comes with one as standard) and I have plugged it into the motherboard, this works fine but I am unable to control it's speed by using the High and Low fan buttons like the other fans in the case. I understand this could be because it is not connected to the fan controller. Any suggestions on how to connect the new fan to the fan controller?

After waiting for a few months I finally got one of my own.  This is a very sturdy, well made mouse pad for the gamer in everyone.  With four rubber feet on each corner, and two spare feet in the box, it doesn't move across the table.  The cord bungee keeps the mouse cord off the table so it doesn't get tangled on items on your desk.  I have found my new favorite mouse pad, get yours today.

Hello, today I want to post my feedback on the saphira mouse.
 
I have bought 2 of this mice, one for my brother and one for a friend, I tested them both, and this is what I think:
 
The hardware part is brilliant, the avago 3090 sensor is just a masterpiece and the switches, wheel and shape of the mouse are just spot on, the problem is the software. I dont know why thermaltake decided to make a different software for each peripheral, i have tried the black mouse too, and the software is just very weak and buggy, in the saphira software when i try to adjust the dpi it has to be done in a special manner because if you try to type in the dpi number it just doesnt save, the double click speed and the scroll speed slider just dont work, and if i save a polling rate value to the mouse it resets when i plug it in a different pc, I set it to 1000hz on my pc and when i plug it in my laptop it works at 125 or 500. The software gave me a windows error after instalation and the graphical design of it is just wrong.
 
The other problem with this mouse is the sensor, I dont get why it malfunctions so fast, this same sensor (3090) works flawlessly on other mice (spawn, g400, deathadder 3.5g) I can reach high speeds with those mice, but in the saphira it locks when I move it too fast, Ive tested this with a qck+ mousepad and with a wooden desk and it gives me the same result, it has to be a firmware error because this sensor is just perfect, the saphira is very accurate and works good, but it doesnt reach the same speeds as other mice with this sensor.
 
I have tested this mouse with different computers and versions of windows and it is always the same errors.
 
It has a minor bug too, the lock switch is bugged, when you flip the switch to lock the side buttons they still work.

Thank you guys first of all for the product, i am a big fan of thermaltake, yesterday i purchase the commander gaming combo and it is great i really enjoyed, but, (always a but), it seems that i cant find the drivers or software to configure the mouse, buttons, i have navigate and try to search for it with no luck, also when i turn off my pc the lights of the mouse stay on.

The theme of this project evolved and took on a life of it's own when I first posted the announcement on Facebook. My initial plan was to do some cool water-cooling showcased by adding windows to the Thermaltake Level 10 Titanium case. I did not want to modify the color of the case as the Titanium finish is the calling card of the case to set it apart from the other family members in the Level 10 group. My plan was (and is) to use projection mapping to modify the external appearance of the chassis in a dynamic manner. Facebook users noticed my case is numbered 007 - so they immediately demanded I theme the project based on James Bond. This lit my imagination on fire. Thus far I am planning on playing a medley of the credit introductions from the James Bond films on different facades of the case. I also plan to add some cool animationic features such as opening doors and panels powered by servos.    One neat feature I also am planning is to mount the single NVIDIA 980s via a PCI-E ribbon so I will be visible in a window I am adding to the lower main compartment of the case. One user already did something similar - however I plan to have the window actually be the top of the GPU block.   

How can I order another double drive bay for two HDD or SDD?
 
I have six drives, 2 SSD and 4 HDD.

I've owned the Level 10 M for a few years and still think it's an amazing gaming mouse. However, I've never quite understood what I'm supposed to install- there are 7 different downloads on the product page and they don't come with much explanation.
 
What does the 'CN' stand for in the LEVEL 10M MOUSE SOFTWARE_CN VERSION 1.0 (2014/08/11) download? There is also the LEVEL 10 M MOUSE SOFTWARE V1.2 (2012/12/28) download. The version is V1.2 but it's two years older than the 1.0 CN version, so which is the latest one you should install?
 
If it helps, when I run the Tt eSPORTS Level 10 M Gaming Mouse program, it says "Version 1.00" and looks like this:

 
I've also ran the TT ESPORTS LEVEL 10 M FIRMWARE UPDATE TOOL V1.3 (2013/06/19) download a few times before but it's never come up with a firmware update for my mouse either. Am I doing something wrong, or has there just never been a firmware update for the mouse?

yeah, ive spent the past couple of weeks trying to find some ram that looks just as good, apart from Avexir's ram, ive not had alot of luck
 
i seriously considered using the Avexir Blitz, but for some reason, i just dont think it will "suit" the overall build. the look/coloring of the Trident-X really matches up well with the Formula V. maybe if i do an MSI mobo build next, ill use the Blitz

Whenever I start the DSPapp, my 7970 overclock resets back to stock. Also, when running HWinfo the DSPapp does not start at all.
 
Any workarounds, especially for the first problem?

I'm trying to decide on an enclosure or docking station for my new 4tb WD RED HDD but am not sure if the "Thermaltake Max 5G Active Cooling HDD enclosure" will support it. Even though it says on the Amazon description that it only supports up to 3tb, this review in the link below says that "unofficially" this device will support a 4tb drive. (http://www.amazon.com/gp/customer-reviews/R1V2MXP5Q5HFXV/ref=cm_cr_pr_rvw_ttl?ie=UTF8&ASIN=B004G8QETI) So I just wanted to check in here to see if any of you folk have any insight for me...
 
Also if I decide to go the Docking Station route, any good recommendations for a good quality built HDD protector case?
The ones I've come across have many complaints about flimsy covers breaking off.

But i'm worried there's a fuss going around with the Haswell processor's sleep state as I'm upgrading my PC, which causes problems in the power supply. My intel processor is an i5 4460 (Haswell Refresh, might also have it).
