That worked (sort of). On 3.1.6 the RGB tab is back, I am able to log on, and I am able to select 'Zero Fan', which I could not on 3.1.7. With that said, within seconds the app auto updates to 3.1.7 (without even giving me a choice to stop it). Any suggestions?

Reinstall v3.1.6 Download here https://dps.thermaltake.com/en

1.)  Unchecked run at the end of the installation. 
2.)  Rename the ThermaltakeUpdate.exe file to ThermaltakeUpdate1.exe 
3.)  Run the app and it won't be updated to 3.1.7. 
4.)  You should be able to login to your account and control RGB again. 

I'm using this fix and it works. You will get an error message once you reboot Windows from the TT DPS G Software any and every time it loads. Just close the error message box and continue to use the software. The RGB function will work also. This is until Thermaltake fixes all the issues.

Same here. I can't even login my account even though i put the correct info

TT DPS G APP is the only app that I'm using for the PSU

It's June 21'st.  I'm trying to use this for the first time and I'm experincing the same issues described on this thread.  Has this been abondoned by Thermaltake?
