  1. Just to confirm some things have you held the rgb button on the case for 3 seconds to set it to motherboard control. Do you have it hooked up to the JRGB1 connector on you mobo.
  2. ¿Puedes publicar una imagen del software sin nada que lo cubra y algunas fotos de cómo lo tienes conectado? lo siento si esto es malo usando el traductor de Google
  3. It's not that each controller has it's own profiles it's more so the profiles are shared across all controller. That being the reason that a second profile needs to be set up for the third controller. So it doesn't affect the setting being used by the first and second controller. So any controller that is on the same profile number will be affected by any change done. All in all it is strange
  4. The people asking for help on this thread will have better luck making their own thread as every issue is different and solved in different ways with the amount of controller revisions and different hardware involved.
  5. If you have multiple controllers on the same profile anything you change will affect the controllers using that profile. If you want say controller 1 and 2 doing the same thing but want controller 3 doing something different you would set controller 1 and 2 to profile 1 and controller 3 to profile 2. Then set up profile 2 independently. Thermaltake did this in a strange way.
  6. does your power cable look like this with the mesh If you can post a pic
  7. the c++ error is just because the install does not know how to react to a newer version being already installed. you should be able to install it and select continue/ignore and it should install normally. As for the software having to be reinstalled every time can you see if "tt rgb plus" is present in "add or remove programs" in the control panel.
  8. Your best bet would be to email support or give them a call. In most cases they will give you a price to replace the part.
  9. if you want all the fans to do the same thing make a profile and set up the first fan (fan 1) to what you want to do. Then the rest of the fans on that profile set to copy then once you have done that to the other fans on that profile then save it. then set the rest of the controllers on that same profile.
  10. The Riing plus 20 has 2 models one with a controller and one without. The tt sync controller needs are digital rgb header to work. your best bet return both and get the riing plus 20 with controller
  11. can you take a screenshot of the software and what are your system specs

    Core X9 questions

The core x9 and 20 xt are the same chassis nothing is different. the only thing different is the front, top and side panels looking at about 11 inches before you cover the grommets

    Core X9 questions

Hey sorry for the late reply work has been taking up my time. I do not have a build log but plan to do some showcases on rgb mods I have done. I don't have a full loop atm but was planning to do one and started purchasing parts a while back. Unfortunately it was when Thermaltake first brought out the rads that were zinc plated aluminum and turns out to be a mixed metal nightmare so I abandoned that project at the loss of $$$. So cut my losses and went with a cheap fan cooler then got the flow 360 once it came out so that is what I have been using. I will attempt to do another lcs once the new Nvidia cards come out but that depending on if I have the cash to do so I will post some updated pic of my current setup if I find time here is a sort of outdated gif
  15. can you post a pic of how you have your dip switches

    Core X9 questions

There is enough room even with the 2nd 200mm but if your plans is to not use the drive bays you might want to take a look at the Level 20 XT. It is built off the same base chassis as the x9 but with some small changes. I have had the core x9 for some time now and plan to upgrade to the Level 20 XT. It is estimated to be out Q3 of this year so its close. But all in all the x9 is still a great case http://computex2018.thermaltake.com/goods_key_chassis.html
  17. what are your system specs and how many controllers do you have
  18. Verifique todas sus conexiones y cuáles son las especificaciones de su sistema ¿Puedes tomar una foto de cómo lo tienes conectado? estoy usando el traductor de Google
  19. Have you tired calling support and telling them what you want. I am sure if you tell them you want a 2nd controller like the one that came with the view 37 rgb so you can link the fans you bought with it. they would probably tell you if they could send/sell you another one. I think that would be your best bet. I can't find a model number for it but they should be able to pull the item from the case model number.
  20. Does the controller randomly disconnect or go missing from the software mid use. The only reason I as is because some of the power cables have a chip mid line that causes this type of issue. The fans still spin but the controller become unresponsive. When I had this issue I unplugged and plugged in the unit when my pc was still on to see if it would resume normal function and it did(this is not recommended). The braided power cable especially has this issue I ended up replacing all my power cables for my controllers due to this. This is the cable that was causing my problems and here is the source of my issue Seeing how you already replaced the controller this is the only thing I think it could be. Not saying that there is not something else going on but its a step in the process of elimination. I know you also already replaced your power cord but if you replaced it with this one it could causing this issue to increase in frequency.
  21. No it will not work with the tt sync controller as it needs a addressable rgb header. The rgbw are not addressable headers. Your best bet would be to get a Riing plus controller they run off usb.
  22. Was there any difference between the power cable you were using before and the new one they sent you?
  23. Yes those are Riing plus so the tt sync controller will work with them if your motherboard has a addressable rgb header or if you want to get one of the software rgb plus controllers you could give support a call they will probably sell you one.
  24. can you take a pic of the fans that came with the case and the connector on the 140mm. I only ask because I believe there are 2 versions of the View 37 RGB. One uses riing fans and the other uses riing plus fans. So I want to make sure I am giving you correct info.
