Recentrly I`m owner of this great device. I`m almost 80%  happy with this keyboard, except this issues: (under Win10x64)
confused about Windows Input Method. I select United Stated International QWERTY, but I see some keys are inverted, for example, the bracket key { is iluminated by default (on top of the key), but when I press the key appear the other braket [ (on botton of the key). Same situation with - = [ ] ; '' , . / all these keys are inverted and need to use SHIFT to use. By the way, no problem with the numbers keys. Wrong Input Method? I need a method for create a fast way to generate some latin chars, like ñ ü. I live in Chile (south-america) and I don`t want use a second latin-keyboard for work stuft. Exploring the macro option I think I can do this job using ALT + some ASCII code, but under POSEIDON GAME Mode I loose the Win key (needed). So I`m looking suggestions about this. Third party software? Finally some sugestion:
I`m owner of a VOLOS mouse too. Then both programs loads a icon under the systray, but both icons are the SAME (red-black colored) So, each Tt eSPORTS app should have differents systray icons for better identification. Or even better, the user can customize the color or load a custom icon! Well thansk and any help/comment are most welcome. Happy new year!

WANTED: Core X9 extra fan mount side panel and extra fan mounts. NO window required. I have tried contacting Tt main USA site, Tt store, Newegg, Twitter, and now here...but I have not been able to get any response or find any info on how to buy. I know there are at least 2 guys on Newegg wanting a 2nd window side panel. I just want to maximize cooling! If Tt store carried these I would have already purchased!
 
I am in LOVE with this case and here is why:
 
1. It is very similar to my own case design.
2. 100% 140mm fan friendly (140mm's are usually more silent with better airflow).
3. I have been waiting forever for a case that is E-ATX and NOT a tower
4. Will allow 280mm radiator mounting for somewhere besides the top...HEAT RISES!
 
Oh and you may want to think about selling sound proof side panels also...just a thought! My case concept had all 3 options and a few other perks which I have been trying like crazy to share but...cannot get a hold of anybody at Tt

I bought a MO-SPH008DT from Micro Center, Columbus, OH last Autumn. It has some problems right now, and I want to return for a replacment. I tried to contact and send emails to Ttesports online, but no reply yet.

Looking at the previous requests there seems to be some trouble differentiating the different product versions out there.  I have a Duet with the product number ST0014U-C - this is a dual bay, USB 3.0 only unit that on the manual claims to support all size sata disks.  Some, especially with eSata seem to be stuck at 2T.
 
I'm trying to reset/clear some HGST 4T NAS drives for my synology.  Cleaning up partitioning after things get confused is a common fix for some issues.
 
Anyway, I hooked it up, dropped in the two drives I was having trouble with and device manager showed me two entries for JMicron SCSI Disk Device - although one had an error showing that it had "failed to migrate".
 
Neither of the drives (or either of the drives if I only had one in at a time) appear in Disk Management or anything - but, I can't scan for devices, diskpart hangs if I rescan, I can't even eject the USB to SATA bridge - it just hangs.  I can't power off, it hangs.  So, pulling out the usb connector, it displays an error and everything stuck clears  (I've done them one at a time and they each get stuck individually as well - until the cable is pulled..)
 
Any quick ideas?  These are linux disks but use GPT partition formatting.
 
If I only put in one drive, I don't get two entries, I only get one.  And if I swap disks, I don't get the migration error that I saw.
 
So, any magic to be had?  or am I going to have to pack this dock back up and rip apart my machine to hardwire the drives temporarily?

Hi everyone, first post here. I'm having a bit of trouble with the software that accompanies the TT esports Poseidon Z RGB keyboard.
 
First off, I really do love this keyboard. The clickyness is very satisfying, it's super responsive, and the lights are beautiful. But the software that you must download to change colors, create macros, and do everything else is, to be honest, garbage. It's clunky, slow, and the buttons don't work half the time. 
 
Now, in the color effects window, I have a profile set to custom, with a layer on "Set 1." The default is there, because I cannot delete it (despite the help .pdf saying you CAN delete the default set; this is important in a moment). So the problem is, whenever I restart my computer, the keyboard (set to "Profile 1") defaults to a fully-lighted red color, which is not what I want. So when my computer boots up, I have to open up the software, open the lighting menu, and re-apply my custom lighting, which is extremely inconvenient. 
 
Any fix to the software? I'm using the latest version (36), and as of typing this and trying to fix it myself, the word "default" and "set 1" are completely missing on "Profile 1." What's the deal here guys? I'm from the US if you need that information.
 
 
 

First of all I want to apologize for my bad English .
Second I want to ask for help and buy a TT Frio Silent 14 and when I install my PC fails to recognize the processor, I have an MSI Z170 Gamming M3 and when I install the cooler turned on the red light on CPU, when I return to my old Cooler Master Hyper 212 everything works normal again.

I read that it may be by the weight and pressure.

It has a solution or should I stick with the Cooler Master ?

Hello everyone! I hope everyone is excited for the MSI Pro Mod Season 3! It is an honor to be asked to judge this contest as well as contribute a demonstration build! I will be doing a black and white theme mod using a Thermaltake F51 Suppressor case designed around the MSI z170 Krait Gaming Motherboard. The name of my build is the Achromatic Serpent, meaning colorless snake.

I already began work on the F51 case by breaking it down to bare metal and removing the guts. Now I am ready to start installing my custom acrylic interior to best show off the hardware installed. While I am working on the case I have the hardware installed on my test bench where I will be testing all the hardware before modding it.
 

 

 
 
After drilling out the rivets and removing the interior I can begin my mod with the nice blank canvas! It won’t be blank for long though!
 

 

 

 
 
This is where I left off for now, I am working out the final design ideas which I will share next update. I wanted to have the case gutted and ready to start the rebuild going into week 2. Next update I have quite a bit or work planned so it should be a mod packed update! I can smell the plastic chips already!

Today I used the docking station on my S31 for the first time.
Unfortunately the flap of the docking station port does not close again.
 
Is there a trick to close it?
 
If not, how can I remove the top so I can take a look to see what's wrong/

How to fix is problem 

I just bought a the RL240 WC kit aobout 2 weeks ago, and the pump is leaking at the base. I submitted support requests via http://my.thermaltake.com/csTech.aspxbut have not gotten any response - not even auto-generated mails (the kind that inform you "a new request has been created, here is your support request number ...." etc). Does the support site send these mails when a request is submitted?
 
Also, i am in Japan - i selected Japan as the country when submitting. I just want to confirm that the Japan support team will receive the submitted requests. (i dont want to have to send the pump to the US for servicing or replacement... )

Hello! i just bought my Tt commander Ms-3 and im having quite difficulties in its cable management. I wanted to buy Ms-1 but out of stock im wondering if someone have Ms-3 and have a nice cable management i can copy.

This is just a thread for discussing any anime we are interested in, have watched, want to watch, or whatever else applies.
 
I am easily a fan of classic anime including Kinnikuman, Fist of the North Star, Lupin the Third, Space Adventure Cobra, Ashita no Joe, Otokojuku, and Mobile Suit Gundam 0079 among others. I'm mainly inclined to classic franchises because I tend to feel MOST anime nowadays is too reliant on or deliberate with their use of fanservice and overly annoying characters compared to back then, thus I tend to avoid most modern animes but direct iterations/spinoffs of an older series (ex. Golgo 13 and JoJo's) or ones consisting primarily of adults (ex. Black Lagoon).
 

This is an image I once made by tracing over existing images of characters and putting them in one massive group pic, all of these except for Mazinger (waiting for better subs to be available online) I have watched at least one full episode of. Unfortunately I lost most of the individual images of each character so I can't really expand the roster without doing it all over again (It's not too difficult aside from Kenshiro and Gundam). I did do one recently of Moguro Fukuzou from Laughing Salesman (Which is my current avatar) but I'm not sure If I'll bother re-making the rest.

Thank you guys first of all for the product, i am a big fan of thermaltake, yesterday i purchase the commander gaming combo and it is great i really enjoyed, but, (always a but), it seems that i cant find the drivers or software to configure the mouse, buttons, i have navigate and try to search for it with no luck, also when i turn off my pc the lights of the mouse stay on.
hopefully you can help me guys.

As referred to above, i have a Thermaltake cronos. Unfortunately i cant seem to get the mic working. My laptop only has a jack, so i got a headset adapter for it. I've plugged it in but it doesnt work. Below are the screenshots from device manager etc etc. It would be of great help if i can get the mic working. The headset is working fine. Thanks again =)

After 2,5 years of intensive usage of this mouse the left-click button broke down as described in this thread.
 
Since the mouse has slightly exceeded the warranty period I'm pretty frustrated as I'm not able to "open" the mouse to get to the bottom of the problem.
 
Does anyone know how to open the mouse?
 
I'm grateful for every advice.

I cannot change the color of my Challenger Prime keyboard to purple.  It doesn't work by the function keys on the keyboard or by using the Thermaltake software on the Advanced tab.  I can change to blue or red and when the cycle should change it to purple it stays red.  I've only had this keyboard for 3 days.  The first 2 days I had it, purple worked fine.  I've tried doing the reset in the Thermaltake software and that did not help.  Rebooting the computer did not help either.  Please advise.
